The staff was really great and helpful. The room was quite nice and comfortable. The wet sauna was great.
The hotel doesn’t provide bathrobes unless you pay for them. I find it funny, since I don’t take used bathrobes as a “souvenir” from hotels :). We were lucky to talk to a nice lady at the reception who explained the issue and provided us the robes. On the last day of our stay the dry sauna wasn’t working at all, and after 5 pm the wet sauna wasn’t working as well. The sulfur pool was closed as well. Considering it was Yom Kippur I do understand, however, you shouldn’t say that you’ll be providing all the spa services since we’ve hoped to use the spa on our last day.
Location was good.
Attitude of the staff and quality of the room.
Hotel structure, amenities, food, location
Terrible construction noise throughout our entire stay, starting at 6am daily and on one of the days didnt end util we complained 20 times around 9-10pm. Staff kicking us out of amenities early every day so they can clean and go home. Untrained staff members that hate their work were hating serving. Great potential, terrible management
The SPA is very good
Friendly staff, pretty good spa, 2 minutes walk from a nice beach and shops. Nice food especially dinner. Not too expensive.
The room didn't feel too clean, especially the floor. Not a comfy bed either. The spa was great except Saturday which was very crowdy - plan on it.
