Pros (+) I had a power-snafu at my new apartment and rather than be stressed I just checked myself into a hotel until I could work it out. The only things I wanted were easy parking and the white duvet rather than the weird plasticy motel kind. This looks like a recently remodeled property. Very clean, reasonably quiet, good sized room.
