Pros (+) The bed was very comfy, the HVAC system worked well and wasn’t too loud, the staff were very friendly. They had cookies at check-in and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at similar hotels. What a great perk to allow pets to stay for free!

Pros (+) Always have friendly staff and the breakfast is always very good with many selections to choose from. There is something for everyone.
Cons (-) We were ther for three nights and the last two nights our room wasn’t cleaned so we just asked housekeeping to replace towels and take the garbage. This was the only disappointment on this visit with the rooms not being cleaned.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, room seemed mostly pretty clean besides bedspread.
Cons (-) Bedspread was stained and they forgot to replace the soap. Noisy in the mornings with kids running in hallways

Pros (+) Staff went above and beyond. The alarm clock in the room was an hour off. I could get the clock to change time. The front desk staff came and attempted to change the clock time and concluded a knob was broke. She then retrieved a working alarm clock for me from another room and set it to the correct time.
Cons (-) I am not a fan of biscuits and gravy for breakfast, do had a waffle. They did have multiple breakfast option. I prefer eggs.
