Pros: Location is wonderful facilities great There are mostly all great expect staff communication they need more improvement. Probably they have heavy stresses from management? But I couldn’t feel such a good service.

Pros: The water park was fun, the rapids allowed transportation for the park. The beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower was awesome.
Cons: The quality of food for in room dining was disappointing and not what we would expect for such a luxe resort. The spaghetti sauce was not “homemade” and too salty. The pancakes were not “homemade” and more manufactured. The eggs were instant scramblers and not fresh. We had better food at the IHOP.

Pros: VIP treatment from arriving at Dubai airport to being ushered into a luxury car, to receiving our room. On arrival at the Atlantis at around 1000 our bags were taken care of and we were shown to breakfast and checked in simultaneously. Our room was ready about an hour later which was perfect. The Terrace Club Suites and Imperial Club were impeccable although the imperial club does get busy during happy hour. Aquaventure Water Park was brilliant with enough things to do with small children, however the 1.2m ride height is a bit over the top especially if you have small children who love fast rides. Bread Street Kitchen was absolutely fantastic, as was the all inclusive brunch. Seafire Steak house served one of the best steaks I have had and again nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: If you want to have good time stay in any other hotel and go to have fun with your kids in the park only but don't you ever stay in the hotel if you order room service you will never get it, if a miracle happen and you get the room service it will be old and cold
Cons: The worst service you can even get in your life. So far from 5 starts. The lost my bagels when I checked in for a whole night instate of having good time with my kids I ended up looking for my bages for the whole night

Pros: Water park was one of the best, beats all the U.S. Water parks combined .My 6 yr old loved it all. The aquarium is like and art gallery with fish as a background.
Cons: Restaurants are expensive unless you like to paying $30 for a hamburger.

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. Honestly. It was within cheap taxi rides to all the souks in Deira. Bus options to these souks were also available but we tried to minimise walking in the heart. The hotel is also 3 minutes away from the metro, which linked us to new Dubai. Service was excellent and I'd recommend the breakfast option.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of restaurants and shops in the building, with the option of ordering room service from any of them. Would consider this hotel a good option in the future. Free WiFi, a universal outlet to plug in electronics from just about anywhere, and the option for wired internet if that is your preference.
Cons: Ask for rooms on the third floor or higher. The first floor rooms are right by the pool (closed for renovation), and below all of the second floor restaurants. At about 7:45 AM you start hearing a lot of noise from both the pool and restaurants. Also the view from the large window was basically a back alley.

Pros: 1. Location close to metro station and other shopping centers\ 2. Large internal car park - but the first time the gates operated by magnetic cards would not allow you to enter 3. The room and bath was clean - serviced daily including weekends

An instruction was sent at our doorstep the day before check out that we have to leave before 12noon otherwise we would be charged 50% and after 6pm 100% 3 . Bathroom finishing was poor but clean

Pros: There was a shallow pool that was great for my 2 year old. Room service wasn't bad either.
Cons: Multiple members of the staff refused to rinse out my son's sippy cup, the first where the staff in the restaurant telling me to go to room service, then the front desk making excuses about how they couldn't do it. I did make a complaint with the manager who said he spoke to the staff and it was unacceptable, but it could all be lip service.

Pros: Great Value. Loved the newly refurbished pool. Lots of workout equipment. Big clean, nicely furnished rooms. The buffet breakfast is worth including in the room rate. There were many choices with some variance. The staff was attentive all around. Our room was cleaned each day while we were at breakfast. Decor is pleasing to the eye. Very quiet and got the best night sleep in a long while. Close to Union and AL Rigga Metro stops so easy to and from airport. Amazing Value.

Pros: The hotel is situated in the heart of Al Rigga with plenty on the doorstep which I much appreciated having spent time in other hotels where there is little within walking distance, The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed while the staff were unfailingly polite. The fact the hotel is smaller than the megahotels which dot Dubai makes for a much more friendly stay than the typical impersonal and rather sterile experience

Pros: Location was relatively close to shopping, grocery store for snacks, and misc. items. Free parking. Very live for a younger crowd. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Have to pay additional government tax per day once you get there. Extra $3 per day. But can't really change that.
