Hope to receive from you soon. ------------- To : Hotel.Com To : KAYAK Expedia URGENT -- URGENT -- URGENT DEAR GENTLE, We done the below reservation throw your site - One bedroom ocean suite - in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai – United Arab Emirates check in 26th Oct. 2017 - check out 28th Oct. 2017 - and you deducted the full amount $4388.9 from our credit card - and we received a confirmation from Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah – Dubai for our reservation under the reference number 68947233 and we spoke to the hotel and they confirmed to us by phone that the reservation is available and confirmed. The reservation under the name of our group of companies chairman - Mr. Mahmoud M Al-Toukhi. Unfortunately today when they reached the hotel they found no reservation in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah without any reason – and they took the guests to another hotel without any apologizing or anything in written for changing the hotel. The guests available in Dubai to attend a marriage party in Jumeirah Mina A Salam – Madinat Jumeirah and would like to stay in the same hotel and for that we done the reservation and paid a big amount for one room $4389.9 and changing the hotel is not acceptable by any way for us, but now we are using the new room because we have no other choice. And the hotel not the same and the location. Now, we are putting the matter under your hand in order to return all the amount to our credit card account because we not found what you deducted the amount for. We are waiting to hear from you as soon as possible otherwise we will arise a claim and announce in the media about this problem and explain what happened with us.

Pros: The water park was fun, the rapids allowed transportation for the park. The beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower was awesome.

Pros: If you want to have good time stay in any other hotel and go to have fun with your kids in the park only but don't you ever stay in the hotel if you order room service you will never get it, if a miracle happen and you get the room service it will be old and cold

Pros: VIP treatment from arriving at Dubai airport to being ushered into a luxury car, to receiving our room. On arrival at the Atlantis at around 1000 our bags were taken care of and we were shown to breakfast and checked in simultaneously. Our room was ready about an hour later which was perfect. The Terrace Club Suites and Imperial Club were impeccable although the imperial club does get busy during happy hour. Aquaventure Water Park was brilliant with enough things to do with small children, however the 1.2m ride height is a bit over the top especially if you have small children who love fast rides. Bread Street Kitchen was absolutely fantastic, as was the all inclusive brunch. Seafire Steak house served one of the best steaks I have had and again nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Water park was one of the best, beats all the U.S. Water parks combined .My 6 yr old loved it all. The aquarium is like and art gallery with fish as a background.

Pros: We liked the grass area of the hotel going to the beach. The rooms are not as old as it is mentioned on the web comments. Sure, you don't get the new 5 star hotel feel but it is still clean and comfortable to sleep in. The staff is very friendly and nice ( they are exceptionally nice everywhere in Dubai!)

Pros: It is not the first time that I come to this hotel. I like One and Only resorts. They are stylish, the design is expensive. The rooms are renovated since the last year and eleganly furnished. Concerning the food: lunch at the Eau Zone is superb!

Pros: One of the best hotels in Dubai. We stayed at the Resort&Spa hotel, which is definitely the best choice of the three hotels. The hotel offers complementary breakfast and afternoon tea, the rooms are marvellous and the staff is very attentive. Highly recommendend.
