I was traveling in a difficult situation; we had to travel out of town for surgery. The staff were so kind, the room was very comfortable, the location was convenient with everything you need close by. At reception they loaded me up with free snacks. It was a lovely experience to have in the midst of a stressful experience.

Pros (+) I liked the brands they used as in coffee, creamer, etc and in the toiletries, it was something I recognized and new what to expect in performance. I like that they conserve water and energy by waiting to change your sheets and towels. But would still change it daily if you asked.
Cons (-) The hair dryer was a little too weak for me but I guess it should for those who like that. Just took longer to dry my hair.

Pros (+) Wifi did not work in my room and hotel had no explanation or help to fix problem other than to give me free wifi. Useless. Room had mildew smell. Front area of suite is not functional.
