Since I needed a car, it was good. The counter person was dismissive, just did the basics, explaining both (such as do I bring it back filled or not?, THAT was important and expensive), then handed me paperwork with instructions to go to the Dollar kiosk in the garage for my keys and vehicle. No one has entered the Dollar kiosk in that garage in quite a whlie. No employee present anywhere near, I wandered around, found the car, still no help. 15 minutes later a car driver brought a car in and saw me, directed me to the HERTZ kiosk for my keys. She actually got the keys for me. I wish I had her name. The car was not clean, had several minor things that no longer worked, nothing that affected drive ability and I was already hours late. Little, annoying things. And the oil change notice kept coming on at odd times. It was NOT worth that kind of money.Reviewed Sep 24 2023

Pros:Drop off easy.Cons:Dollar window was closed so we had to go to Hertz who took their customers first. Pros:We couldn’t figure out where to drop off the vehicle in turn we waisted a lot of the gas fuel we had already added to the gas. I was force to pay the 10 dollar for ever tank of fuel. Cons:The pick up and drop was a little confusing. The Hertz counter is handling the Dollar rentals even though there is also a Dollar counter. At drop off, there was no attendant in the garage, only a sign telling me to take my rental agreement and key to the Hertz counter. I almost missed the sign due to other signage saying to use the drop box. The vehicle itself was very clean, fuel efficient and served it's purpose.
