Took 45 waiting for key to vehicle. Man in booth decided to help people with directions at their car for 20 min. Bringing car back, there was no person there to receive the car. There was about 30 to 40 cars just lined up and we all just left the cars there, but there was so many they were going into the roadway. There was a guy just collecting our keys at the very front, but it was a fiasco.Reviewed Aug 14 2026

Very friendly counter staff. Easy reservation process. Car was nice and easy to drive. However, it smelled faintly of smoke which was unpleasant. I don’t understand why check in process at the counter is sooooo slow.Reviewed May 6 2026

The vehicle was reserved months in advance but there was no vehicle available when we arrived. We waited for over 30 min in the garage while a vehicle was being delivered. The car exterior had not been cleaned and the driver side seat back was locked in a reclined position that could not be adjusted. It was a miserable experience.Reviewed Apr 28 2026

Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The lady who helped us was funny and kind. The Pacifica was clean and comfortable. Definitely the best fit for our family of 7 adults. Drop off was super quick and painless.Reviewed Apr 16 2026

Loved our car. It was clean and well kept. Pickup and drop off were great. The only thing not perfect was that the inside of the windshield was pretty filmy. But it was a great experience, and we already booked our return trip with Budget at the same location.Reviewed Mar 30 2026
