Prior to picking up car, it was impossible to check-in early and choose the car; website was useless and didn't work. Calling "customer support" was worse, if not down right pathetic. Wasn't interested in helping; was pushing to cancel reservation and move into a new one at a much higher price. My booking was not honored because the site I used was from HongKong and my driver's license is from Canada. I have never heard of this. At LAX, the counter told me that I had to request for a cancellation through qeeq via email, and told me they would book one through her system. It was x3 the price. I have not been able to cancel through qeeq. One of the worst car rental experiences I have had. I do not recommend Dollar nor qeeq. It seems like fraud.Reviewed Sept 1 2026

awful, they did not have the van they said they would even though I called ahead to make sure and they said there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars more elsewhere - I will never use dollar or go through price line again.Reviewed Aug 30 2026
