Pros: Staff was amazing and very helpful. We were in town for a Broncos game and a hotel car was able to take us there. However we were able to walk because location wasn't too far. We used car for another trip but this place has such a location we were able to walk most of downtown. I hope kayak has deals for them again because we would love to come back!

Pros: This is our favorite hotel in Denver! Great location, extremely comfortable stay, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful.
Cons: Our bath-tub and sink were slow to drain, we've stayed here several times and have never had this problem, we notified the front desk.

Pros: Excellent staff, wonderful location and very comfortable all around.
Cons: More reasonable food options e.g. continental breakfast.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great location, staff, overt appearance and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond when they heard my concerns and righted a poor nights sleep. Thank you.
Cons: Had a king corner room. Ended up on the 2nd floor. Could hear everything outside due to poor window construction. Shower head was comeing out of the ceiling with plaster on the shower floor. Vanity mirror was cheap had lights out and didn't hold a position and was therefore useless.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I loved almost everything about my stay. The room and hotel were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Room service was incredibly fast, and the food was delicious. I was given a corner room as a surprise and that was very, very cool.
Cons: I only have a couple minor complaints. To start, there were some stains on the carpet and some chipped paint on the walls. The room also had a funny smell, but I figured it was just "old building" smell. My biggest issue was that I wasn't sure if the balcony was supposed to be private or not. It wraps around the whole building, but each balcony is separated by a large potted plant that was easy to step over. I figured that meant "private balcony" so we left our curtains open to enjoy the sunshine, and I happened to be undressed when the guests from the next room over stepped over the plant and walked across our balcony to look around the corner. It was very embarrassing. Either the hotel should have let us know that our balconies aren't exactly private, or they should put up barriers that you can't just walk over. Another small issue, they only gave us decaf coffee in the room.

Pros: The hotel is inside Union Station and the entire facility was recently renovated, so everything is brand new and very well done. There are excellent dining options within Union Station and within walking distance. The room wasn't large, but arranged in a way that made it feel cozy, not cramped. The historic preservation and modern updates were very well done.

Pros: Enjoyed the location. Never had been to Denver. Being at this grand hotel made the trip worth my time there. Lots of activities and walking distance to everything. Really felt like being in a microcosm of New York less the hustle-bustle. Restaurants at the Union Station were superb. Security was at every corner. I wasn't sure that was because of the crime or just to deter it. But as a woman at night alone, I felt extremely safe walking around exploring.

Cons: Extremely helpful hotel staffs, very friendly people, room is clean, bathroom is amazing, love the Union Station lobby, and complimentary Tessa ride in the city. Will come back and stay with Crawford again!

Pros: Great location with easy walk and free buses around lower downtown. Hotel was lively and seemed a focal point for the area. Large sidewalk fountain outside for little kids (I didn't have mine with me).
Cons: Staff seemed a little stiff and geared toward yuppies, but this place is a yuppie's dream. They were very helpful, but enjoyed reminding me that they helped me with an early checkin, like they anticipated me fighting over the bill... just odd.

Pros: Location and cleanliness were phenomenal. Free gouret coffee, ice cream, beer, and courtesy Tesla were really nice, unique touches.
Cons:

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great rooms.
Cons: Valet service didnt perform well. Called for car..no answer. Then front desk clerk gave them our room # instead of ticket # and they didnt have car ready.

I wasn't sure that was because of the crime or just to deter it. But as a woman at night alone, I felt extremely safe walking around exploring.
Cons: Being a smoker, there really wasn't well established designated smoking areas so I got harassed a few times. But they were friendly and pointed me to a direction to smoke. Needless to say, I didn't smoke much. That was good.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: BEAUTIFUL, QUIET ROOMS. NICE SELECTION OF PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK. COOL IPAD WITH ALARM CLOCK AND FREE INTERNET AND ROOM SERVICE,ETC.
Cons: THE ACTUAL LOBBY/CHECK IN DESK WAS OUT OF THE WAY AND VERY SMALL. MAKES IT A BIT DIFFICULT TO "MEET IN THE LOBBY" WHEN JOINING FRIENDS.
VALET OR EXPENSIVE GARAGE PARKING ARE THE ONLY REAL OPTIONS AS THE METERS ARE ONLY 30 MIN OR 120 MIN AND GO UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND START AT 6AM.

Pros:
Cons: TV did not work. After 6 minutes on hold for Front Desk, I went back down and asked for engineering to fix. Had dinner at Ship Tavern (Frank was great; 58 years at the Brown!) instead of room service so I could watch the World Series. Checked back at the Front Desk before going back up and was assured TV was working - it was not. Another interminable hold, another trip back down, another visit from engineering. Finally got to watch the game. Took six minutes for "hot" water to show up (Room 631) for a shower in the morning. Now I understand why the Brown was the lowest price room near downtown last night (less than the Holiday Inn Express). PS - I am a member of the Churchill cigar club.

Pros: Our daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel room after we had checked out and were on our way to the airport. She was in tears. Ana, house keeping manager, saved the day and brought the toy to the front desk, where a local friend of ours was able to pick it up and ship it to our address. So, The happy hour every M - Th was awesome!
Cons: Our hotel room was nice, but the handicap shower -/ bathroom would yield a lot of water on the floor. Maybe a different room would have been better...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was bigger than expected.. the staff was very helpful and happy..the hotel is beautiful. The fireplace going in the lobby was very welcoming.
Cons: The bar seemed short staffed Felt bad for the one lady working.. she was running like crazy but very professional.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, very clean, great room and I had a pretty neat view. The hot water for the whole building went out for a few hours, which sucked. But the staff handled it best they could, and they comped valet services and all that because of that.
Cons: The bed itself sucked. Let me preface, I sleep on a hard bed at home. This bed was not hard, it was a slab of concrete. Everything else was great though!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very large and nice room, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean rooms.
Cons: There were several issues with my bill. First someone blocked the wrong amount on my card, then the total amount on the bill was ~300 $ higher than what I had booked. It took three visits to the front desk and five (!) different employees to fix this. One of the accountants (at least that's what he introduced himself as) recalculated the whole bill by hand and came to two completely wrong results before finally getting it right on the third try. I had to look over his shoulder and correct some of his intermediate steps, otherwise it might have taken even longer. At the end he apparently didn't correct the bill in the system and the incorrect amount remained. At checkout all of this was fixed in ten minutes by a very capable lady and I ended up paying less than expected. They basically didn't charge me for one of the nights to make up for the trouble. That was definitely very nice of them and everybody always remained friendly during the process, but maybe the employees should be trained a bit better so the guests and the hotel don't loose time and money on issues like this one. Breakfast could maybe have a few more options for lactose intolerance and other allergies/intolerances. They have soy milk in the kitchen, I felt a bit uncomfortable with having to bother the staff every morning though.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Water was supplied on extremely hot days which was every day we were there. Breakfast was superb, couldn't ask for anything more.
Cons: just found that one of the bar attendants seemed bothered when we asked for a couple of things at their happy hour. We decided to order dinner from their menu and it seemed to be a problem for him. Another guy made up for him who was very nice.
7,9 Good
Pros: Amenities were great. Outstanding Breakfast and staff.
Cons: Late check out was 30 minutes after check out. $75 each additional hour afterwards. So unnecessary to charge that amount. No trying to accommodate.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, very nice hotel, kitchenette was nice to have though I didn't actually cook in it. Very nice hotel and lobby/bar area.
Cons: I have no complaints, especially for a supposedly 3 1/2 star hotel, I would say it was a 4+ star for sure.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and in a great location if you are from out of town and want to be downtown. The breakfast is the best I've had from a hotel. Will definitely be going back.
Cons:
10,0 Excellent
Pros: After a long bus ride it was good to know the hotel was only a few blocks away. The water in the lobby & our ability to scan our room cards @ the elevator was choice. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.
Cons: No
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the staff-- who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were all great and kept everything stocked.
Cons: It would be nice if they offered room options with more than one real bed (all rooms are King and fold-out couch), but I understand that is the style of the hotel. For our purposes, one king isn't ideal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Very limited menu but reception value from 5-7 pm was excellent.

Pros: So my fiancé and I travel quiet a bit more so myself than her. We loved the hotel. Very comfy and quiet.
Cons: A lot of homeless people around the area or people strung out on drugs. If you want to go anywhere you’re going to have to Über or rent a vehicle because there’s not much around unless you’re willing to walk and it sucks in the winter months to walk a mile in the cold weather
4,0 Okay
Pros: Front desk people were wonderful and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I had to ask for makeup remover towelettes after the first night. I did not put out the sign to stop housekeeping yet the towels were left unchanged and one night the bed was not made up when I got back. It was disappointing that there was no complementary breakfast unless you were some club member.

Pros: I like that this hotel is near the 16st mall and very convenient for shopping.
Cons: The hotel was under renovation so I had to go through a very posh restaurant to enter the service elevator very embarrassing and inconvenient. The room decor was very much like a psych ward looking very institutional feeling. No hot water.

Pros: It was I’m Denver.
Cons: So, to begin, I stayed in a 10th floor Mountain View room. When I arrived I was informed that I would either have to pay $47 per day to valet my car or use the surface lots around the hotel, about $42 a day. The hotel was MAYBE 50% occupied. I told the hotel that I would have definitely booked elsewhere had I known. Other area hotels would have not charged this due to my other rewards program. It was a 33% increase in my cost. I’m not cheap, I just don’t like being blind sided.

Pros: Excellent location near most downtown attractions, and a super helpful and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. Early check in was a pleasant surprise.
Cons:
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Kandee at the front desk was absolutely lovely and hand made a little card for a wedding anniversary- very sweet and made us feel especially welcome
Cons: I wasn’t expecting the high parking price for one night I had the impression that parking was included for guests and the fee applied to people not staying in the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: The overnight parking is expensive $35 per night minimum and when front desk was asked about alternatives none were provided. Otherwise the hotel stay was lovely and well worth the price.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was the center of most public transportation.
Cons:
8,5 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: We chose the Westin for the pool. We were supposed the check in at 4p, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until nearly 6p. That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. They offered us a downgraded room that was ready immediately & when I declined, they were able to get us into a room that we paid for. We had evening plans, so the pool was out. We could have stayed in a comparable hotel with no pool for less money. Very disappointed.

Pros: It's a great location with great staff.
Cons: Only that I couldn't use my Starbucks app.

Pros: Location is good, gym is updated with a lot of equipment.
Cons: The bathroom door was old and and was hard to open once closed. $25 to rent a microwave for a night.

Pros: The staff was incredibly nice and willing to work with us on check in time, which was great, since we had to change our plans last minute. The hotel was very clean, GREAT location and affordable!

Pros: Starbucks staff on lower level were awesome. At 6 am on a Sunday morning even! We upgraded our room for $35 and had a great view. We were accommodated with early check in.
Cons: The front desk person messed up a special request. We asked for a bottle of champagne to put in our daughters room to celebrate a special occasion, and the champagne was delivered to the wrong room. Surprise ruined. Dangerous scaffolding in front of entrance was very off-putting.

Pros: Because we booking on a third party site we didn't get the benefits of our Hilton Diamond status. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Construction was a mess! We stayed here last month before construction started and the rate was lower than this stay and a lot less inconvenient.

Pros: Rooms were clean but definitely not 4 star rooms.
Cons: Hotel is under construction so I would stay away until further notice. Very tacky design throughout the hotel. Definitely a 3 star, I don’t know where they got their 4 star status. Also, older guy working in the parking garage was incredibly rude.

Pros: The breakfast was great and well priced. My room was clean (although I had to request to be moved) and the bed was comfortable. It also had a nice vibe.
Cons: We tried to go to the bar for a few drinks. The restaurant was empty and the bar was full. We asked about our options and the girls attitude was pretty much "You're just out of luck. If you cannot find a seat at the bar, we can't really help you" and we felt blown off. I also feel like we should be informed of the renovation prior to the stay. The closed the lobby on day 2 of my stay and it was absolute chaos trying to figure out where to go. They labeled things - - but not well. There were literally several of us wandering around asking how to get out of the facility. I would pay to stay there...but I think I paid too much for the inconvenience that there was.

Pros: The location
Cons: The room itself was not the greatest. It was very clean just a very average setup and not higher end at all. The hotel itself was under major construction which was the biggest downfall. Most of the lobby's, entrances, and amenities were closed.

Pros: Staff and location were great.
Cons: The shower curtain in the bathroom was not long enough so every time we showered water got all over the bathroom floor. No way to adjust curtain.

Pros: The room was very clean and the room service was excellent. It is a very nice hotel.
Cons: The restaurant does some harm to the hotel. The breakfast options were okay, but the staff was a complete disaster. There were two women that were very quick and caring. But in the middle of the week, the staff changed and the problems began. It took 15 min to get a table. We reminded the waiter three times to bring us coffee. After 15 min, we got a pot, which was half empty. When we asked for the check, we had to wait even longer and had to remind the staff three times. Then at the buffet, milk was always out.. it was never refilled. I had to ask every single day, and it takes them 5 min to bring new milk. Same with the plates or the bowls. The management of this restaurant needs to be trained. The bar was also pretty mediocre. The coffee there was just hot water with color.

Pros: Room was very clean! Very high class hotel with lots of amenities available.
Cons: Guest services really dropped the ball. We needed toothpaste and contact solution and they offer it free. We called guest services 3 times with assurance that they’d bring it right up. Ended up going to the front counter, only to get just toothpaste. Contact solution would “be sent up immediately”. Never came, and we ended up stocking up on supplies at the 7-11 next door. In addition, the shower pressure was terrible, which is unusual at hotels in my experience. Other than that it was a nice stay! For the price I paid though, I probably won’t be staying here again right away. It’s not a bad hotel by any means, it’s just pricey and I expect more for $175 a night.

Pros: I loved that it was right next to 16th street mall. It made it very convenient to go out for food and drinks and even shopping.
Cons: My room didn't look very modern like the lobby. Also my view wasn't the best and our room was a little dark.

Pros: View
Cons: Not enough coffe cream and tea I’m the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I have always love the location of this hotel. There are places to eat in every way and places to shop near by.
Cons: Unfortunately with arriving earlier than the check in time there were no King rooms which we had originally booked. It was not a big inconvenience. Another thing was we stayed on the older side of the Sheraton and when showering the water would turn EXTREMELY hot randomly and briefly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location right on the 16th Street Mall.
Cons: They are in the middle of a remodel and there was no clear indication of where to check in as the main bldg was closed.

Pros: Great front desk people.
Cons: Nope
9,0 Excellent
Pros: price was reasonable
Cons: remodel construction caused major bottleneck for check-in & valet parking.

Pros: The location was perfect and I loved the views
Cons: I hated paying the "resort Fees" and $38.00 per day to park my vehicle which amounted to way more because of tipping every single time you used the car
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Great staff, especially in the restaurant - but all good things ended there.
Cons: The room was old and uncomfortable. The sheets were cheap, scratchy and reeked of bleach. It was impossible to sleep the first night. I asked for hypoallergenic or sensitive skin sheets but they did not offer either. I had to Febreze the whole bed several times a day and cover the pillowcase with my Tshirt to get any sleep. Also, the heating system made a LOUD booming noise every 10 minutes or so, the neighbors' shower was so loud it would wake us up, and when looking for a ring I dropped I found an old toenail on the floor. Gross. Housekeeping forgot to replenish anything and did not clean, just made the bed. I had to clean every day myself and call for coffee and towels. All in all very disappointing.

Pros: Nice clean room! Helpful staff! Location was within a few blocks of the 16th Street mall shopping and dining!

Cons: The room was cold. I had to jack up the heat. Also, my breakfast card was never removed from my door and so breakfast was not prepared for me.

Cons: The heater was not sufficient for the first snow of the season. Got sufficiently sick for the rest of the trip. After we moved into a real downtown room.

Pros: room was great with separate bedroom and living room plus the balcony. Shower pressure is amazingly good.
Cons: parking can be a pain and expensive if you have to use valet.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: I didn't have hot water one evening and the next morning it was back but didn't last very long. I also had a closet motion light that went on and off all hours of the night. I just figured it was a old hotel and probably haunted.
8,0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: We had a door from our room to another room/suite. Through that door, we could hear absolutely everything happening in the next room. While we were having a romantic getaway, our neighbors were arguing constantly and we could hear every word. They also had a small child that would cry and whine late into the night.

Pros: The location is great.
Cons: The hotel is not safe. There were people fighting in the lobby and I tried calling the front desk but no one responded for about 15 mins. I was trying not to call 911 as I didn't think they were going to go beyond verbal arguments. But, the fact that no one from hotel management was available to diffuse the situation is concerning.

Pros: The location was great and walking distance to a conference at the Sheraton Downtown Denver that I was in town to attend. The staff were excellent and accommodated me with an early check in which I really appreciated.
Cons: Noisy, unsure if the noise was coming from a nearby bar or from fellow guests...but it sounded like there was a party every night until very late, which made it a bit harder to sleep. It was also cold in the room for the first couple nights until the heat came on.

Pros: Uber is cheap to get around the city ranges from $6-$12 Good thing staff were great!
Cons: Location: was fair... It is down town, 2 blocks walk to the museums & state Capitol building. Ok to walk in the day time, but didn't feel safe to walk around at night. I travel often and I have never seen so many homeless people in one area. Too bad the city is neglecting "Broadway" street near all the museums & state buildings. Value: for what I paid $77/night, I should have stayed at Holiday Inn! At least I would have gotten fresh towels & breakfast! The Hostel/Staff: Front Desk is nice & clean. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Room: NOT great! Small, Thin walls & loud. I couldn't sleep because I could here everything from the next room & hallways! BRING EAR PLUGS! CLEANLISNESS: BE SURE to bring candles & slipper! Old musty smell, dirty carpet & nasty blinds

Pros: I checked in on a Friday afternoon, checked out Sunday afternoon. I'm a 41 old solo traveler and take random trips throughout the year and Denver was this month's trip. I wasn't aware Colfax is a pretty rough street evidenced by a prostitute attempting to sell me outside the hotel my first night. If you are street smart and can handle the "street element" in any major city, I wouldn't let this scare you away from this hotel. There is a liquor store, dispensary, tattoo shop, Voodoo Donuts and a good Irish pub (The Irish Snug) all within a 5 minute walk (and yes I went to all of them). You could get a weird vibe I guess from the lobby and hallways but I was VERY happy when I opened my room door. The AC was perfect at 68 degrees and the beds were super comfy. The microwave and compact fridge always worked great (these fridges are usually useless but this one kept my things COLD.) My biggest complaint was the "breakfast". They need to completely stop this or hire an actual cook to put hot items on the buffet. It is a large barely lit room with no music playing and the "server" is there to just take your breakfast voucher... she doesn't check in on you so it's sort of depressing to eat here. The buffet is limited to: waffles, apples, bananas, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, a few bread choices and coffee. I mean come on.... scrambled eggs and one or two meat selections are in even the worst hotels advertising "breakfast".

Pros: When my Uber driver arrived to get me out of that horrible place.
Cons: When I got to the hotel I wasn’t too sure of the location, lots of homeless standing right OUTSIDE the HOTEL. There was a sketchy vibe through the hotel. Staff was rude and not helpful. My room was outdated math room had mold. Not a Mimi fridge or microwave. The door could easily be pushed open from anyone. The beds were the worse. They sunk in to the middle and I felt springs poking my back all night. I didn’t get any sleep whatsoever. Probably the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. I planned on staying in Denver for 4 days but that experience ruined it for me. I booked the first flight I could. Never again.

Pros: The location to downtown was great. The outside of the building looked really nice.
Cons: Once you got inside the hotel is old and dated. The rugs were cheep and placed on top of other rugs. I could tell because there was a hole in my room.
