The location is great.
The hotel is not safe. There were people fighting in the lobby and I tried calling the front desk but no one responded for about 15 mins. I was trying not to call 911 as I didn't think they were going to go beyond verbal arguments. But, the fact that no one from hotel management was available to diffuse the situation is concerning.
The heater was not sufficient for the first snow of the season. Got sufficiently sick for the rest of the trip. After we moved into a real downtown room.
Comfy bed. Soft sheets, nice pillows. Very clean.
One of the main reasons I booked this property was free bike rental was listed as a benefit. Upon arrival we were informed there are only 2 bikes and they were already out on loan. I was also disappointed that they had a pool and no hot tub.
The lobby was nice. Location is good!
I felt the rooms needed updated. Some yucky looking grout & carpet. The front desk staff were not very friendly & never called me to tell me my room was ready.
The location was good. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go with minimal effort. The room was clean.
The valet parking was disorganized and kind of sketchy, and not worth the money: it's just a parking lot chained off with a single chain. I could have parked for free on the street and had the same security. My credit card number got stolen through fraudulent employee activity when an employee called me on my in-room phone and lied about the computer system being down. The staff were sympathetic but no real effort was made to help me with the inconvenience, which was large because I couldn't spend any money for the rest of my trip.
