Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and comfortable beds. The location is also highly regarded, especially for those wanting to explore downtown. However, some guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing outdated amenities and a lack of certain facilities such as a pool. Cleanliness issues are mentioned in several reviews, with some guests finding rooms not up to expected standards. Overall, while service and comfort stand out positively, value and cleanliness receive criticism.
