6,3 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good and again the staff were very nice
Cons: The room we had was terrible. It had a stained settee and chair and looked like it was from the seventies. The view was on to an internal roof and you couldn't open the curtains because other rooms looked directly into yours. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was so small I struggled to get in. This didn't matter too much as it broke on the second day anyway. In order to open the wardrobe we had to move the settee and we couldn't see the TV from the bed

4,0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to town
Cons: Hotel very tatty and tired and in need of painting thtoughout. One light in bedroom hummed all night. Parking charge not mentioned at time of booking. Reception staff did not even ask how are stay was.
5,0 Okay
Pros: breakfast bad, nothing left and waitresses very rude
7,1 Good
Pros: The property was in a great location, with a short walk to the main square and the sea front. The lounge and bar area looked nice however we didn’t spend time in there. The bedroom was a reasonable size and there were toiletries provided in the bathroom. The car park was large and easy to find a space.
Cons: The room had all essential items however it was rather dated and I wouldn’t even risk using the hair dryer. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the following night however we were disappointed to not have our room serviced. We would have accepted the lack of servicing due to NYD if this had been highlighted on arrival. On check out we did raise this with the receptionist who was very dismissive and almost as if we were expecting too much. Again, it would have just been nice to have been told on check in.
