Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast variety and quality, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, many guests were disappointed by the unavailability or closure of the pool, which was a key factor in their booking decisions. Some also mentioned issues with noise, air conditioning, and the lack of information about certain amenities. Overall, the positive experiences with service and cleanliness stood out, but the pool's closure was a major negative point.
