Pros: I liked the nice clean, homey atmosphere with the kitchenette and flowered window box. I appreciated being able to park my car right at my door step so less walking and carrying of luggage. Location is excellent in that it is in walking distance of a park and in easy access of the hospital.

Cons: The heaters clanked constantly. Kept us awake. And the heater pipe, right by the door, got really hot. I accidentally touched it and couldnt believe how hot it was. Glad we didn't have kids in the room that would have touched that pipe. Our one queen bedding had not been changed. The other queen bed's comforter had stains all over it on the inside. So it hadn't been washed. The towels had old stains all over them. They didnt feel clean. Didnt smell like they have been bleached. TV was very small for the size of the room.

Cons: What we were there for was cancelled because of this covid 19 virus and he would not refund us our last 2 days of our stay because we booked online I would have been happy with a 50 percent return kinda disappointed in that.

Cons: Bathroom smelled musty. Shower head was too high - I am only 5 foot and the shower head was not height adjustable. Continental breakfast was cancelled. No extra pillows.

Pros: Booked online using a CANADIAN debt/MasterCard with no issue and when drove all the way with 3 small kids and partner we were turned away because we could not use the CANADIAN debt/ credit card and wouldn’t even offer a cash deposit manager was called from front end attendant and he was directed to turn us away WTF, so we gladly left and stayed at PRESTIGE which was no comparison and they allowed a cash deposit very accommodating to our situation, not everyone wants the hassle of a 29% credit card and want one where you have the money in the account and that’s available with no interest also this card is accepted by all online shopping so get with it.

Cons: Not willing to work with customer to figure out a deposit on dumpy room of 100 dollars on a major credit card which the customer does not have, manager actually turned a family of 2 adults and 3 children when the booking.com accepted the debt/ credit card, yup actually in front of us told attendant to turn us away how HOSPITAL is that kinda worked out in our favour BUT are they gonna charge me for the from still (PROBABLY)like I said not willing to work with customer out for a BUCK I can see
