Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, shops, and public transport. However, many were disappointed by the lack of staff or reception, cleanliness issues such as dirty bathrooms and rooms, and problems with the bathroom facilities, including shared or poorly maintained showers. Several guests also noted the absence of elevators and found the check-in process confusing or inconvenient. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
