The staff was amazingly friendly. We were traveling with a two year old and they were super engaging with her. I was super happy with the location, staff and overall experience. Definitely would go back!
The size of the room, but that was expected especially with the pull out couch opened up for the two year old.
I was in a large room, with two restrooms, but the closet was so tiny I bearly coult fit my clothes in there. small sliding doors made it almost inaccessible.
Just about perfect
Outstanding service, great location, wonderful breakfast.
The bed was very soft and you could feel every little movement of your partner. There wasn’t a comfortable chair in the whole place.

The friendliness of the staff
The beds were not anatomic
The best thing the hotel is being centre of the city and so close the central station to reach everywhere. The room conditions , breakfast etc. were O.K. Especially the hotel staff was cheerful and helpful. It was a nice trip for us and we were so happy being there.By the way, we didn't meet with any problem due to being the red light district area of the hotel.Thank you.
Free and working, also fast wireless internet
great location, near central train station, walking distance to shopping street, clean rooms, good breakfat, value for money
Centrally located public traffic wise and for shopping and entertainment
It is in the red quarter of town and there are dope peddlers and street girls wandering close by.
I have stayed at your hotel many times before

Situated in the red light district rooms never really cleaned only beds made and towels changed very noisy at night and very hot in room so had to have windows open hence very noisy until about six in the morning when the prostitutes finish work
the staff were very couteous and the breakfast was excellent
there was nothing wrong with the hotel but I had not been to cph before and it was in the red light district and drug area maybe people could be made aware of this but I have no complaints about the hotel at all
The staff were very friendly an the breakfast was wonderful.
