Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to major transport links and city attractions. Some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the privacy of the capsules. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of bathrooms and toilets, with several reviews mentioning insufficient facilities and poor hygiene. Service is also criticized, particularly the lack of staff responsiveness and difficulty in communication. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and customer service.
