Pros: Outside main area but close enough to walk, about 15 min. Clean, large rooms with a balcony overlooking the river. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers.

Cons: We were very satisfied with everything.

Pros: Very quiet and very new. From checkin to checkout, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very close to the lovely malacon that stretches all the way to the downtown offering wonderful views of the ocean-like River Plata. Glorious sunsets every evening. The included breakfast was great and our hotel room was huge, and included a a very useful kitchenette. The pool was also impressive.

Cons: a very basic breakfast - lacked most things you expect. Only cold hard boiled eggs, diluted orange juice, etc including rather un attending staff

Pros: It's a beautiful hotel with really nice facilities. The bedroom is like an apartment, big and full equiped.

Pros: Nice big spacious rooms with balcony. Good equipped bath, nice located outdoor pool with enough space around for relaxing. Nice calm beach infront of hotel, maybe not the clearest water but sand clean

Cons: Could see that some of the staff don't really know what to do. Coming in the breakfast one morning and have to remind the staff sitting behind the bar in the phone instead of making sure there's food for the guests. Seeing how nice the hotel is the breakfast is the main thing to make more inviting. Like maybe setting some tables and making sure there clean and inviting. Would also be nice with some more utensils for the so called kitchen. Hard to prepare anything there with 4, plates, 4 of each silverware, 4 glasses and 4 cups oh and a wine opener. This points shouldn't be seen as complains more like suggestions for increases comfort

Pros: It’s outside of the main square a little making it very quiet and it’s a lovely walk along the water to the main square. The hotel is super clean, modern and very nice.

Cons: The restaurant prices seemed very high (coming from Buenos Aires), but the price of the room itself was an excellent rate for how nice the place is, so I guess it offsets.

Pros: Just outside the old town but easy walking means it’s quiet as a 3* is fine. I liked the fan mote than the aircon. Breakfast was disappointing!

Pros: Very pleasant staff who made every effort to make my stay comfortable.

Pros: Handy for the boat terminal - not more than 10 mins walk. Central for the town as well. Very nice pool area and garden. Prompt breakfast service. Effective air conditioning. An old fashioned place with plenty of charm but don't expect e.g. a gleaming modern bathroom.

Cons: No complaints at all. However bear in mind that some of the rooms have no windows (fine to keep the room cool, but some people might not like this arrangement).

Pros: The location of the hotel is just perfect - 5 minutes from the port and bus station. The Hotel is very well managed - all the member of the staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, pool area was nice and the room very clean.

Cons: The only thing that I didn`t like was that the room was a bit small.

Pros: -Pool was nice and warm and is open year round -Short Walking distance to ferry terminal; also walking distance to old town - breakfast was fine, many carb options, plus ham/cheese - room was quite clean

Cons: - room had only 1 plug, behind a bed. In our case it was falling out of the wall too. - room and bathroom were quite small - mattresses were slightly slanted - seemed quite $ for the room , though I suppose there is a high demand for the area. Temper your expectations:)

Pros: The fact that the hotel is one block from the bus station

Cons: Bad breakfast, shower wets the bathroom floor and it’s too small, location good when arriving by bus but far from the beautiful historical center on foot.

Pros: Lovely place, excellently located. Very comfortable beds. Cleaned everyday and very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend.

Pros: The one thing about this place is that extremely close to the ferry port (if you’re coming by ferry). It’s an easy walk. Also, they give you a map upon arrival and explain a few things to see/do.

Cons: Unfortunately the lady at the reception (Patricia) was either not having a good day, or she shouldnt be in the hospitality business. First of all, if you do not speak a word in Spanish, it’s better if you skip this place. She will not make an effort to understand or talk to you in English, or Portuguese. Other staff were better at that, though. Second of all, this is such a small, cute place, in a good location, like I said above, but I just didn’t feel like I was the guest there that they want to make feel welcome and comfortable. One example, we knew breakfast was until 10:30am on Sundays, but we were late and so during check out (at 10:50am) we simply asked about a cup of coffee. No food, no preparation, nothing, just a cup of coffee from the machine. She said: “breakfast is over. No coffee anymore”. Another example, we asked if we could check out a little bit later (only an additional hour). Most places (if they dnt have overlapping reservations) they would let you stay a little/tiny little bit longer, right? Here, you have to pay additional 200 pesos per hour. In dollars, that’s not much, but it’s just the “principle” that really bothered me. And finally, the price. Cost per value. We pay 100 usd for 1 night. I thought it was way above what this places offers. I dont know if it’s because of the time of the year we went to, but I could have gone to another place that maybe was a litte bit further from the port, but would not refuse to give me coffee or wouldn’t charge me for a late check out.

Pros: Staff was very nice, although when checking in the guy at the counter was talking to people jumping the queue all the time.

Cons: There was quite some hair in the sink (rest of the room was clean), not enough staff during breakfast (the poor guys that were there worked really hard), internet in our room (232) was non-existent. Secure parking means parking in front of the hotel (not really secure). The windows made quite some noise in the wind, so does the old fridge (we pulled the plug). Lack of power points in the room.

Pros: Best hotel yet. Looks rustic from outside great rooms great beds most friendly staff as it’s family run. Ps they all speak English. Would definitely return and reccomend
