Pros (+) Good view for watching rockets launch
Cons (-) Pool closed early than the neighbor hotels. It’s depressing watching other people enjoying the pool when you’re is closed.

Pros (+) Room was very clean and they let us check in 4 hours early so we could enjoy the day on the beach. Very accommodating staff. Breakfast was satisfying and plentiful.

Pros (+) The closeness to the beach (100yds max), Cocoa Beach Pier is literally a 5 minute walk if that. Closeness to Port Canaveral.
Cons (-) It is literally infested with ants. Ants all over the sink, toilet, tub. The air conditioning is old school, so it's incredibly loud and meh on cooling ability. Parking can be tough at times, especially at night. Did I mention the amount of ants already? Well it deserves to be mentioned again. Room cleaning is ridiculous. Pros (+) I realize it's south Florida, but seriously... The amount of ants inside your room and overall cleanliness of the room makes you look twice at your receipt. At least the bed sheets were clean.
Cons (-) Ants, parking can be a challenge, getting your room cleaned for a new day.
