I love that we can take our pet and still be by the beach. One can walk almost anywhere.

Did not like the idea that I had to lug my heavy bags up and down the stairs, or over the cobble stone path. No luggage cart or and elevator we were on our to a cruise so we had several heavy luggage.

Cons (-) The room had ants or other small bugs all over, including in the bed (which I didn't realize until the morning). The room next to me had a tv on all day and all night that was really loud and kept me up.

Pros (+) This is an excellent location for families with studio hotel rooms and access to the beach and cocoa beach pier.
Cons (-) After walking barefoot on the floor for just a few minutes the bottoms of her feet were black with whatever was on the floor. Also, for whatever reason they had run out of towels and we only had two towels for our whole family.

Pros (+) The location was excelent and it's in a quiet area, but close to restaurants, shopping, and only steps from the beach and pier.
Cons (-) Rooms could be cleaner. Underneath the bed skirting (that skirt that hides the base underneath the bed) were things from prior guest - bottle caps, floss, ugggh. Other than that, it was a decent place. I marked it overall as good, because nowdays, unless your paying $200 or more a night, thats about the cleanest you can expect.
