Pros:Front desk was very quick and helpful. Couldn't have been better
Pros:We went on a cruise and were picked up immediately by a shuttle that took us to pick up our car. The gentleman that picked us up helped with our bags and was friendly. Our reservation was suppose to be at 12 but we were able to get our car a few hours early. It was convenient, accommodating, the car was in nice condition, staff was friendly, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Cons:Our rental pickup was from (N ATLANTIC AVE, CAPE CANAVERAL, FL), we were supposed to be picked up from port Canaveral which is 3 miles away from this office. They have only 1 shuttle, we waited for 2 hours for a pickup. The rental office never pick up the phone .we tried to call the headquarters numbers, even the managers couldn't get hold of them or do anything for us . SO IGNORANT
Pros:The agent, Hash, who served us was awesome. Calm, patient. He apologized for our wait, upgraded us to a nicer vehicle & said we wouldn’t have to refill car.
Cons:Between Thrifty & Dollar, they accepted more reservations than they had vehicles for. We stood in line for nearly an hour before we were waited on.
Pros:I made a reservation to pick up 10 am lined for at 9:30 am and finally got the car at 12:30 pm. No enough cars staff are not friendly at all except shuttle drivers.
Cons:Do not take reservation more that what you have in the stock

Cons:The office was closed and afterhours drop off instructions were confusing, complicated, and bizarre. The only available parking spot when we arrived was handicapped, which I parked in anyway, and by the time we left two more cars had pulled in with no place to park. Felt uncomfortable dropping the car keys into a mail chute but that was the instruction. It was all just weird.

Cons:The pick up agency tried to rent me the wrong size class car, and if I hadn't called them out on it, would have been charged for the smallest car they had when infect I paid for bigger.
Pros:Great staff, easy pickup and drop-off, no issues and good clean cars
Cons:Better signage in cape Canaveral location, but it's only due to hurricane damage - so understandable
Cons:They did not have the level of vehicle we reserved and were not helpful accommodating us even though it was their mistake.

Cons:Not being told that they don't have a car for me and it could be 3-4 hours before they do. Being told that others made reservations before mine and they will come first. Being charged an additional $40 for an upgrade if I really needed a car right now. Person acknowledging that they know it issue
Cons:The problem wasn’t with hertz, it was with kayak. I reserved a car, thru kayak, walked a couple miles to get to hertz, only to find out that there wasn’t ANY cars available. Don’t make reservations thru kayak.
Pros:I did not like it very much! When I went to get the car on Merrit Island the seller made me use another card, different from what I had used in the app, and paid for it. With this he must have created another reservation, resulting in a duplicate payment upon the return of the vehicle. How do I g
Cons:I paid twice for the rent. One when I applied for the app, already cashed in my Debit card, and another when I returned the car. Besides the fact that when I went to get the car on Merritt Island the seller did not want to accept the same card that I made the payment in the Kaiak app.

Cons:Contacted support and all is ready, we go to the lot, person advises us that they have no cars available, once we tell him that we need it just for a few hours within the city limits then he finds us something, however problems hit when registering cards, no debit maestro accepted and it didnt specify on the siten my friend gives a card and accepted but then her DL was required, then he advises us that i cannot rent as i am 23 and only over 25 can rent a car, while on the website it says that it is possible to rent it just is more costly which is fine. Stupidly on the website my card was accepted and i brought cash for incidentals and offered to pay full in cash but did not accept it. So we never got our car and it ruined our day, not to mention walking in rain afer all that... stupid.

Pros:We liked the fact that we could get an American car (Chevy Malibu) since we are more familiar with American cars.
Cons:The first car had a hole in the front seat! None of the cars had been washed. I was told that they had just been trucked in so apparently no time to wash!!! Did not care for the woman who took care of us but later a man helped us when we insisted on a different car. He was VERY nice - sorry I did not get his name. Then when we turned the car in at Jacksonville airport, they charged us $14.95 even though we had filled the tank ourselves! So we had to go into the Budget desk to get a refund. Since they only had (2) people working, we had to wait probably 15-20 minutes. Needless to say, we probably will not get another Budget car in the near future if ever!!!

Cons:I wish they would've told us how many tolls we'd have to pay on the major highways in Orlando. At one point we went through a toll that only took coins. We were unable to pay the exact toll which was stressful. Also there are no accessible gas stations near the Orlando Airport. Wish they would've offered for us to pay our gas up front to save us the hassle of finding a nearby gas station which required us to pay tolls twice just to get there.

Cons:Shuttle from cruise ship didn’t run very often so we just took an Uber to the office, no big deal but would have been nice to have the free shuttle from port Canaveral more conveniently running.

Cons:The bust to pick us at the Carnival port never arrived and the Budget driver took us to Thrifty. Upon arriving there was no attendant so we had to wait for him to arrive.
Pros:Dropped off the car and was immediately taken to the port for our ship. He was VERY HELPFUL. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he seemed to be the only on there. Besides checking us in, he drove the shuttle to the port.
Pros:Car was clean. Once we got to the Cape Canaveral office things went well.
Cons:We waited for about an hour for a pickup at Port Canaveral. We watched as every other passenger that had disembarked the ship with us got picked up by multiple trips of all of the other rental car vendors' shuttle buses. Then it was just us Thrifty folks waiting in line and wondering if they would ever come. Repeated phone calls to the Thrifty office in Cape Canaveral went unanswered. Eventually we were picked up. But I will certainly never rent from Thrifty again at this location.
