8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room is very nice, clean, spacious with big flat TV, we love the complete kitchen, sofa bed was big & converted into king size bed. We love our room :-) We like the area, some supermarkets & shops nearby & a big supetmarket in front of our hotel. Metro station only 2 mins walk, bus stop only 5 mins walk.
Cons: Property was under renovation but it wasn't informed when we booked. So there was no lobby, receptionist moved to 'emergency breakfast roon' & looks messy. I didnt know this is apartment style so no cleaning service unless you stay minimum 1 week or they will clean the room with extra charge.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that the property is so conviniently placed. Right next to it is the supermarket, restaurant, the metro is right there and as well as the bus stop. Well, what else could you ask for
Cons: We got to the property at around 11am and asked to be checked in and the lady was like you can't or if you want to, you have to pay an extra 20€, yet we had indicated we could check in earlier
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location, re-designed rooms
Cons: Staff attitude was mercenary and strange. I was asked to deposit EUR250 (with no prior warning/info/notice). When I asked why especially since I have stayed with them often in the past, they backed off. They have check-out time set at 1100hrs (NOT 1200!!!).Similarly, I requested 30 mins extra time in the room since I was coming back from a meeting at 1130, I was told I would "automatically" get charged EUR12 for that! However, they did not ultimately charge me extra for that. But strangely mercenary attitude.
6,0 Good
Pros: Great location. Decent supermarket and metro station is next to hotel building.
Cons: Extremely dirty carpet and wallpapers in the room. Construction work is in progress, it'd be nice to notify about such thing in advance.

Cons: The carpets are old and dirty
1,0 Poor
Pros: location is near to hospital where my mother get treatment
Cons: it was a disaster for her , the heating was not working and we signal it to staff but didnt do anything , they were so rude also they threw us out , and they took 50 euro from our deposit they said we have to clean the room before checking out
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff kind and friendly
Cons: The staff very helpful but the room we had was not well maintained. I can see they are doing upgrade works so that may get fixed.soon hopefully.

Pros: Great location. Small kitchen in the room, very comfortable and clean
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and quite big for a city apartment. We loved the silence in the whole building and were able to sleep without any disturbance. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: During our stay we had two different staff managing the breakfast in the morning. One kept the whole area in top condition and constantly topping up things whilst the other left everything to itself which obviously ran out very quickly. The biggest challenge was getting a proper boiled egg for breakfast :) The machine had no instructions!. Also speaking basic English proved to be a good challenge for the morning :) Communicating the room number was fun :D

Cons: Price was €280 during my stay I realised €350 was taken from my account. Said it to the woman at the front desk who assured me €70 was a ‘deposit” and would be refunded after my stay. I emailed after my stay as the money wasn’t refunded and still 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my €70 after being told it was refunded when it wasn’t. Countless emails I’ve sent and only one reply. Not happy at all
6,7 Good
Pros: Room was comfortable and neat. Loved the sound proof windows with our busy street view. Bathroom was nice and had enough space. Downside to the bathroom was a drainy smell. Otherwise the property was very satisfactory. Thank you for the fresh Towels everyday.
Cons: Expected staff to be just a little bit more fluent in English seeing that the hotel hosts tourist all the time.
5,0 Okay
Cons: The cleaniless of the place could be better.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: No water to drink.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms functional Good breakfast Fast internet Parking (!)
Cons: Location not great for Paris, but was very convenient for me on this trip.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location is good, close to the périphérique (you take the exit on the périphérique and you're there). Do check beforehand how to access the parking garage, it's in a dead-end street not well known by GPS systems (if you get there by car). The rooms are quiet (room was facing the busy traffic in front of the hotel) and the parking garage (€16/night) is well accessible and safe (double access gates separating it from the street). We didn't eat in the hotel (but it looked alright at first glance) since there are many bars, eateries and restaurants in the area. The security for entering the hotel and unlocking the lift (with your RFID card for the room) gives a safer feeling (it is a big city after all) and the room and floors other than the ground floor where clean. I would stay again primarily because of the location, the parking garage and the room being quiet and clean enough. The bed is OK but not the pillows.
Cons: Upon arriving the staff is giving you a very uninterested attitude. They stand in front of you, you greet them but it seems you are not there (to the point you doubt about your existence ;) ) They seemed not happy with the booking made through booking.com and there was a 'confusion' about the occupants in one of the rooms we had booked, but that got sorted quickly (still strange, since it was confirmed etc). The hotel was busy and the lobby is rather small, thus gets crowded easily. The ground floor suffers from being so crowded and gives a not so clean appearance. Due to the high occupancy the lifts are also a bit filthy and you only want to stand in them not touching anything. On the floors where the rooms are all is carpeted and personally I'd prefer non-carpet but hotels seem fond of using carpet wherever they can. The pillows are not good, bring your own.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Value was great if you want to go to Paris but not pay the same prices for hotels in Paris. The hotel was about a 7minute walk from the metro line - about 25-35 minutes to central Paris depending on where you were going.
Cons: In general, the area is under a lot of construction. There was no noise from that audible from our room, but I'm sure the views would have been nicer.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just half an hour away from the Eiffel Tower by train. It was clean and the beds were nice and big and very comfortable.
Cons: There was a coffee maker and kettle in the room but we were only given tea and coffee for the 2 people even though there were 3 in our room and these were only provided on the first day of our stay , after the first day you had to pay for more tea and coffee. I do think this should be free everyday so you can have a tea or coffee when u woke up of a morning. The shower door came off while my Mother was in the shower we had to be careful when using it. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

6,3 Good
Pros: Value is good for the price
Cons: I was charged a reservation fee which I was told it will be returned once I paid at the property. The fee is still not reversed, so pretty much I paid twice for the room. I told the receptionist the transaction was already on my card and was assured it will be reversed since it is only there to hold the reservation. It has been two weeks and I still haven’t received any news from staff, although I emailed them.
7,0 Good
Cons: Roms had no tooth paste, no brush. The working table is too small and the light above it is somewhat inconvenient. I would appreciate next time if I received briefing on how to regulate temperature in the room. I had to figure it out myself on day 2.
2,2 Mediocre
Pros: 1. Accommodations - actual bedroom size was appropriate and good for cost. The internet worked but was very slow. The television was operational and had no problems. My bed and desk were neat and made and there were enough towels and linens.
Cons: I have no idea what people were taking (for those individuals who rated this property above one star), as this was the worst place that I have ever stayed. I have stayed in many budget accomodations and every single hostel I have stayed in is better than this hotel. I would stay at a hostel within Paris versus this. Below are the reasons: 1. Location - my primary reason for staying here, as it was close to the airport, but au contraire my fellow travelers! This hotel is actually about a 15 minute drive to the airport and there is no other way to get there - so even thought the hotel is cheap you must tack on $20 USD for each ride between the airport and the hotel. Remember the shuttle does not run at all times and so when it is not available, you have no other option. It is cheaper to actually stay in Paris and take public transit to the airport. 2. Shuttle - always running late, only stops at terminal one. 3. Accommodations - the bathroom is TINY. It is about 2 square feet total and that INCLUDES THE SHOWER. You essentially are showering with the toilet. My room was not clean and there were pubic hairs on the toilet (ew). The internet worked, but was very very slow. I could not stream music or video on it. 4. Staff - upon my arrival my room was not ready yet. It was 1 pm and my check-in had been noon. They asked me to wait in the lobby and did not apologize for the inconvenience. They then told me the room was ready and when I unlocked the door and walked in the manager and cleaning staff were still inside, which obviously startled me, again - they did not think this was strange or apologize, just said, "the room is ready!". Chinese tourists.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was absolutely fine . Nothing exciting but it was cheap , clean and free shuttle too and from the airport. The restaurant was just across the street was very good .
4,0 Okay
Pros: Close to CDG with shuttle service, and comfortable bed.
Cons: Tiny tiny room, with even smaller bathroom and shower.
6,0 Good
Cons: Room was smelling after cigarettes when we arrived.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: It was not comfortable. The room was small. The shower was impossible to use. The bed was horrible . I will never stay there again. The breakfast was ok for 5euros extra. The shuttle bus to airport was 5 euros extra.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff not friendly. receptionist Carla was playing and laughing loudly with another employee, but when she came to talk to the guests she was rude. The bathroom dirty (floor, sink, shower and toilet with usage marks). The same receptionist didn’t like that I showed the dirt. I politely asked her to look at the condition of the bathroom, but she was not very friendly. She couldn't able to say "thank you" or "I'm sorry for the condition of the bathroom". Unprepared to deal with the public. I understand that it will be the first day back to the hotel's operation and I changed of room without a problem, but she being friendly would make all the difference.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Complete plastic bathroom. No hairdrier, no shampoo, no bar soap. No coffee avail. Unless you bought breakfast.

Free WiFi, parking available during your stay, and all-you-can-eat breakfast served from 5:00 am.
6,0 Good
Pros: Room and toilets+bathroom (outside) were very clean. Airport shuttle available for free A bit of grass around the group of hotels for a walk with the dog evening and morning (watch the drunken drivers leaving the restaurant/hotel bars opened late in the evening)
Cons: Staff was afraid of dogs (mine is trained and was muselled and leashed, of course), so she (and her manager) absolutely refused any physical help although I was carrying 3 suitcases plus bags plus the dog (refused to open the front door for me, refused to open the sas for me or help with the luggages to get to the elevator). I had to borrow a luggage carrier from the hotel next door myself. You can't have your breakfast with your dog downstairs (reception area) but you can't have it in your room either (buffet)... I think it's best you either stop pretending you accept dogs or you start acknowledge what it means (no, they are not all pocket sized, yes you do need to hire staff who is not afraid/paralysed by the sight of dogs or train them...) Room is tiny Way farther from the airport than expected (do factor a good extra 30-40 min, traffic depending)

Pros: Yeah breakfast is amazing
Cons: Better to have attached restroom

6,0 Good
Pros: 15 minute's from the airport by bus Ok staff. Good soundproofing but only from outside. Ok beds.

Cons: Toilets wasn't clean enough and hotel did't offer no towels.
