The location is good, close to the périphérique (you take the exit on the périphérique and you're there). Do check beforehand how to access the parking garage, it's in a dead-end street not well known by GPS systems (if you get there by car). The rooms are quiet (room was facing the busy traffic in front of the hotel) and the parking garage (€16/night) is well accessible and safe (double access gates separating it from the street). We didn't eat in the hotel (but it looked alright at first glance) since there are many bars, eateries and restaurants in the area. The security for entering the hotel and unlocking the lift (with your RFID card for the room) gives a safer feeling (it is a big city after all) and the room and floors other than the ground floor where clean. I would stay again primarily because of the location, the parking garage and the room being quiet and clean enough. The bed is OK but not the pillows.
Upon arriving the staff is giving you a very uninterested attitude. They stand in front of you, you greet them but it seems you are not there (to the point you doubt about your existence ;) ) They seemed not happy with the booking made through booking.com and there was a 'confusion' about the occupants in one of the rooms we had booked, but that got sorted quickly (still strange, since it was confirmed etc). The hotel was busy and the lobby is rather small, thus gets crowded easily. The ground floor suffers from being so crowded and gives a not so clean appearance. Due to the high occupancy the lifts are also a bit filthy and you only want to stand in them not touching anything. On the floors where the rooms are all is carpeted and personally I'd prefer non-carpet but hotels seem fond of using carpet wherever they can. The pillows are not good, bring your own.
Room was comfortable and neat. Loved the sound proof windows with our busy street view. Bathroom was nice and had enough space. Downside to the bathroom was a drainy smell. Otherwise the property was very satisfactory. Thank you for the fresh Towels everyday.
Expected staff to be just a little bit more fluent in English seeing that the hotel hosts tourist all the time.
The cleaniless of the place could be better.
Location and cleanliness.
No water to drink.
Great location. Close metro station, Line M13. The view in our room was wonderful.
