My computer defaulted to different date on the reservation and it was a holidayb weekend. The guys found me a car and got me going right away. I was able to return it after hours and what could have been a disister became a great experience.It was all good.

Driving a hybrid was fun. It had pick up which I thought that it would lack. I enjoyed driving this little Ford.When they first gave me a car, it had no bluetooth compatibility. Since the states that I was traveling through require hands-free, it didn't make any sense. They did switch out the car (after I complained) for an older model that had bluetooth. Though the car had 21,000 miles it was clean and drove well.

It was good not greatI ordered a Van. They upgraded me to a Ford Explorer, which was very nice. The guys had a great personalityThey gave me a free tank of gas, which was not a free tank of gas at all. They expected me to drive around and return on E. They didn’t explain how to use or not use the expass. The car was not clean. Food, clothes and shoes were left in the car.

Pick up /Drop offThe pick up and people in Annapolis were fantastic and beyond helpful. That is the only reason I would ever use hertz or suggest using hertz to anyone else.There is nothing I can say I didn't like about Annapolis besides their heat wasn't working. Maybe look into upgrading that building for your employees.

Offered a different car than reserved and given a voucher to apply to rental on return or a future rental.Only one person at rental desk; waited an hour for service as everyone had issues getting a car; did not have car class we had reserved weeks in advance; car provided had not been cleaned; person receiving car at end of rental was not wearing a mask. Terrible experience overall with this rental.

No Car even with ReservationI like the fact that Enterprise called me half way there and not when I was already there to cancel my reservation.I needed a car and the only one that showed that had one was an Enterprise 30 min away. So I got a taxi to take me to that city. Half way there I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they did jot have cars and were sorry. i had to ask the taxi driver to stop and change plans.

excellent vehicle and the staff were professional in every respect.The only negative comment is the inside front windshield glass had a glare to it especially early am and pm. It was evident that the inside windshield glass had not been clean in some time.

Birthday get awayRented a car for a three day road trip for my birthday. Rental car employees were great to deal with. Pick up and drop off went without a hitch. I would use them again.We could tell the car had been used by a smoker.
