Car was great, everyone was friendly. Pickup and drop off was good, except I wasn't given any paperwork even after requesting. I know why, now. When I received the invoice via e-mail later that day, I was charged for 2 items of insurance, even though I was never asked if I wanted them. I would have said no, as I always do, as I have an annual policy for car rentals.
