Everyone was friendly and,helpfull. But the car had some issues with the cooling water. But everything worked out great.
Car had a technical problem (windshield wipers in very poor state) making the drive difficult and dangerous at night in the rain. Upon returning the car, the employee was very helpful, understanding, and professional, and he offered us compensation which we gratefully accepted. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Aunque estas oficinas no se encuentran en el mismo aeropuerto, fue una muy buena experiencia! Un traslado organizado desde el aeropuerto hasta la oficina en Torrellano además fuimos muy bien atendidos por Rocio al llegar y para la entrega del coche y Adrian cuando entregamos el coche a la vuelta. Vale mucho la pena alquilar por aquí, muy recomendable!
I've asked for the cheapest car. I received, for rhe same price, a mini SUV, nearly brand new, with options like rear camera. I was only astonished with the insurance rules. There was no autocasco included at all. I was sure that limited Casco was in the price. But, I presume I missunderstood conditions reading in the hurry during reservation. Anyway, still I find it a perfect value/money offer.
First they called day before and told me they had no car. Second after a lot of talk they offered a car for a shorter period. Accepted that but it had no insurance. The car were slightly damaged outside my control on a parking lot Ended up with ME paying for repairs of 1500$. What a poor poor experience. Never will I use this partners ever again.
