Pros:The car was very clean and the pick-up was fast once we were helped.
Cons:Time management and organization from the associates could be better. They seemed a bit frazzled and disorganized during pick-up and drop-off. They kind of bulldozed through each customer. One associate was loudly smacking gum and pretty aggressive with us. During pick-up, it took about 20-30 minutes to get helped after my set appointment time.

Pros:Kamal was great! Very helpful and friendly. The other man that helped me was very helpful I think he was a manager wearing a gray enterprise shirt. After hours drop off is easy and very convenient.
Cons:Pricing is a bit steep for type of car I got.
Pros:Nothing - terrible experience. I hope Enterprise goes bankrupt with Hertz. They deserve it.
Cons:I reserved a car, they didn't have it. I was told a car "might" be available later that afternoon and I should just wait to hear from them. I never heard back. I called later and they said the car was waiting for me to pick up and I would be charged regardless. Terrible, awful service. Whats the point of a reservation if they don't hold the car? Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode of the same occurrence. Lets hope rental companies all go bankrupt and a smart, lean tech company takes over like Uber / Lyft has done to the cab industry. These horrible companies deserve it.
Pros:Location of facility was not bad.
Cons:Low staffed location, took very long to get vehicle. Did not get my compact car which I wanted "to easily navigate LA streets. Was put in a pick up truck which had stains on driver seat and front / rear carpets. Drop off was horrendous. No one present in car return. Was told by multiple staff that someone was outside at podium to receive returns and there wasn't. Was forced to be rude to staff members in order to have someone do my car return. Will not rent from this location again.
Cons:It took FOREVER. Could Budget be less efficient? I was behind a Romanian with a Maryland driver's license and Budget couldn't cope. Then my agent slow walked my forms. Then I got ferried to another facility where I waited while the car was cleaned. This was during my lunch break from work.
Pros:Easy to cancel the reservation
Cons:The rental car office was closed at the time I was scheduled to pick the car up. I reserved a minivan, but they only had a full van.

Pros:The gentleman who helped check me in was professional and wanted to help me but still strong armed me into renting the car for 5 days even though I only needed it for 3 and there’s a drop box for this purpose. Furthermore, the car renter to me was old, dusty, and in need of service. Not at all what I was hoping for when renting a car on vacation for $300. Clinton at the Studio City location was very helpful and made the situation better and followed up with me fairly.
Cons:A reservation line that answers phones after hours, clearer policies when booking as well as hours of operation at various locations, better vehicles available, better customer service...

Pros:After booking and paying "in full" on the k a y a k website, I was told at the hertz location that because they were closed on Sundays and that was my return day, that I would have to pay for an additional day until they checked in the car on Monday.
Cons:The rental agent was less than helpful, and when I requested a customer service #to file a formal complaint, he refused to provide it and told me to call the 3rd party site I booked with. K a y a k.
Pros:Marlon provided excellent and fast service. I came to Hertz Redondo Beach for the good price, I'll continue to come back for the great service.
Cons:1. The Manager Jimmy and rest of the Staff gave away my Prepaid Rental car. Sold it to someone else. This is theft. Apparently, both Hertz Corporate, all of its offices and specifically this particular Redondo Beach Location does this on permanent, regular basis. This comment is in most of the reviews. Second, this location does not care to clean the cars. Inside, outside dirty. Stains all over seats and floors. Reviews all say this and customers coming in and out of the store say this. Manager is being cheap and not spending the required labor hours and not hiring the necessary amount of employees to clean the cars. Also not doing required floors and seats shampoo between customers. The cleaning employees they do have are lazy and don't clean at all except half-vacuum. Employee Rodney engages in ongoing bate and switch behavior. You make an agreement with him and you arrive and he denies, refuses to honor, or significantly always to your detriment changes the agreement.
Cons:They didn’t have my reservation. Had to pay in advance. Never got car. no Refund. Ugh.
