I had a Chevy Equinox, drove it entirely normally (no speeding), but an hour into my journey I received a message that said 'engine power reduced' with no explanation. That's a car manufacturer issue, not Enterprise's, but it only had 3,000 miles on it, so it was alarming.Avis

Cons:
The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was in a hurry, and the attendant walked away after giving me the keys, so I didn't have time to find someone to see if I could exchange the car. However, the smell was so strong we had to drive with the windows down the entire 4 hour trip.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
They charged me the wrong price (over $600 more). They told me they'd fix this but still have not. The display was broken (kept restarting), including the backup camera, which is a safety issue. And then the battery died. They couldn't get a towing truck there for 4 hours. And refused to book me a Lyft to the airport. I had to pay out of pocket, and we'll see if they refund me that price, or if I have to do it through my credit card company. Literally went wrong every step of the way, and they handled it terribly every step of the way.Cons:

The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.Cons:
