They closed before we got there, we weren't made aware they closed at noon! We got there about 12:10 and were shocked to find them closed! Our rental was already paid for. It caused a huge inconvenience to our trip and your customer service was not willing to help at all!5,6 Fair

This was my 1st time renting From Hertz. When I arrived to pick up my rental they didn't have the SUV I had rented. Brett the agent who tried his best to find another rental close by trying to avoid a pickup at TF Green Airport. That's where I picked up at 5:30 rush hour!Cons:
The agents could have been better prepared a SUV should have been there. I had a fully paid reservation and had to drive an hour to airport for pickup. Drop off went smooth. Very apologetic.8,0 Very Good

Pros:
Staff were extremely friendly and very flexible. I called a day ahead and an hour before my pick up to inform them I'll be late. They received my message warmly and told me it was OK. I came at the time I told them I was going to arrive and received my car rental fast and easy. Dropping off my car was also a piece of cake. Another thing I liked about this place is the price. I live in Providence, RI. I didn't mind the extra 20-25 min drive to North Attleboro for the rental because its cheaper during the holidays than it is to rent a car from the airport.Cons:
