The car was dirty. The Clerk did apologize saying due to the frigid conditions they did not was the vehicle because the doors may freeze shut.Routes Car & Truck Rentals

The stag at the desk was extremely helpful and the work space was clean and tidy.Cons:
You need to accept Debit Cards for payment. Being financially responsible and not putting things on Credit should not hinder a person from renting a car. They wouldn’t allow me to use a family members card either because it wasn’t mine or my husbands. I won’t be using Alamo until this is resolved.6,0 Okay

Pros:
They overbooked and instead of the car I reserved, I had to drive three kids and all our luggage out of state in a truck. They did comp our gas and give us a discount which was nice of them and I was thankful for the 4 wheel drive once it snowed. I think better inventory checking is needed though.2,0 Poor

I had to wait in line for awhile to get my rental car. I really did not think my wait was unacceptable as I could see the service rep was just very busy helping others ahead of me in line. Anyway, she gave me an upgrade in my vehicle due to the time I had to wait. Very considerate, will make me choose Alamo again in the future.Avis
