Cons: Their bathroom was a mess! And they , local office, didn't answer the phone when I tried to call to say I would be late. I called 3 times and was on hold for long waits with no answer.

Cons: Car was quite new but smelled bad, no windshield fluid, it is impossible to get in contact with the office, tried 3 times the day of and gave up after 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The location closes its gates after 7pm, so if you leave your car in their parking lot, you will not be able to get it after 7pm. I entered a credit card and received some form of a statement when booking on Kayak, then at drop off I was asked to provide a credit card again. When asked whether I was charded when innitially making the reservation on kayak, as I did not want to be doublecharged, they kept saying they did not know. Not the assurance I was looking for. They were explaining to me that they have only been working with kayak for 3 months, again, I do not need to know your technical details, I want to be assired as a customer, that I am not being doublecharged. The gentleman was rather rude and raised his voice at me when I questioned it. Very poor customer service!
