Cons: We were upgraded to a larger car that made me nervous on the very narrow, winding roads.

Cons: They state up front that there is a 10 euro fee for cars returned with extremely dirty interior. I returned a car with some dirt on the driver floor mat, nothing anywhere else. That qualified as extremely dirty.

Cons: It wasn’t clear to me that the pickup/drop off are not at the airport and you have to get a minibus to take you there. Also they didn’t come to meet me at the allotted time - they came an hour later. It ended up taking two hours to hire a car - not good enough when I only hired for three days.
