Dirty car, horrible staff. I went elsewhere.
Pros: It was an enterprise location
Cons: Extremely inefficient. Rude workers. Told me there’s a slight delay because they’re cleaning the car. Came out dirty. The lady got posed at me when I asked for a rag to clean the windshield. I ended up not renting from them. You should do the same. Try the place next door. They’re much more professional

Nice ride
Pros: We rented the Chevrolet Malibu for 4 days while in Los Angeles area. It was very comfortable and easy to drive. I have a 9 year old crossover at home so this was a sporty change for me. The pick up and drop off with enterprise was fast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours early for the pick up and only had a short wait. We were grateful that they could get us on our way so quickly.
