the car was never reserved, i had to make other last minute arrangements. The company called to tell me they put me on a wait list and would give me a call by 11am, that never happened. Don't take a reservation you can't keep or fulfill, its not too much to ask.

We were told that we would be charged $300 because a dog hair was tracked into our car from a piece of luggage. I took the car back and used a household vacuum and lint roller to clean it up after being told they didn’t have the equipment to remove pet hair. I was returning the car 4 hours early and was told “I won’t charge you the extra hour” as if that was some kind gesture. I completely understand that having pets in vehicles causes damage. We never had a pet in the car. But beware if you are even AROUND a pet during your travels because their policy is $300 for any hair - even one that got tracked in on a piece of luggage. That’s excessive. We were charged an additional $40 to add a driver which was not disclosed at the time and then was not able to be explained by the person to whom we returned the rental. They ended up waiving the fee after I asked for an explanation of the charge since I was returning it detailed, with extra gas, and 4 hours early. Would not recommend.

Although we booked through a third party, we were allowed to book at 5pm. This was actually the "temporary" closing time for the company. We made it a few minutes late, thinking the closing time was later and the worker there was very rude about us being late. Although the hours were confusing, he would not help us and requested we return the following day. We had to completely change our vacation plans for this reason.
