2 day rental 9am-9am. I dropped the car off exactly at specified time (9am). I was told I would get an emailed receipt. I received said receipt at 11:54am with the return time listed as 11:54 am. They proceeded to charge my card for 3 days. Now I have to fight with Enterprise to get the charges reduced to what they should have been, exactly 2 days. Horrible!10,0 Wonderful

The man on duty when I picked the car up needs customer service training. He was obnoxious and condescending. He blamed the company for multiple errors which is not impressive. In my opinion he should not deal with public But other than him, my car, the simplicity of reservations and drop off clerk were all fantastic!!! I come home twice a year. They did not honor my reservation. They did not have a car for me. Instead they tried to sell me a more expensive rental and then demanded I get the $100/ day insurance that is supposed to be “optio.
