Pick up and drop off we're easy, the price was a little high but it was because I was renting it for one-way travel. The only thing that I would say it was a con was that the car had a smell that might have been some kind of cleaner or a previous drivers personal hygiene issue.

The staff was super friendly and nice...very helpful and got me processed quickly

Cons:

the vehicle did not seem very clean. the floor was muddy and the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke

Pros:

Cars were not at quality of what was charged for rental.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a cleaner car. Other than that staff was very helpful and kind. Don't appreciate the absurd change of price when checking car out. Guess that's what happens when you get a car rental from a third party seller.

Every time I have to go to this place. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful. Just a great group of people that work there.

Cons:

When I arrived for pickup there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed and to drive to the airport an hour away for my vehicle. The confirmation email never said anything. No call from the office to say anything had changed. After a two hour drive and then 2 hours on the phone to talk to a human being to try to get some sort of refund I was unsuccessful because I had "prepaid" the reservation. Any other company would have been able to credit my account with some sort of refund to accommodate the inconvenience. Nope, not Hertz. A gift voucher was all that they would offer. Not sure I will use Hertz again even with a $50 voucher. Very poor communication
