They didn't have my reservation and said I should have called them directly before coming to make sure they had my car. I will not be going back to this location and may consider avoiding Hertz based on this experience.2,0 Poor

Cons:
Very poor Customer Service from the Hertz Ann Arbor location. The car was not extremely clean and given to us with a bad tire. We had to find another Hertz dealer while trying to get to our destination to exchange the vehicle. When we called and texted the Manager at the Ann Arbor location, he NEVER responded the entire 10 days we were gone. Will never rent from them again!Avis

They could have had a car. And then they told me because they didn't have a car and I'd paid already, they said they weren't going to refund my money. Never got a car from them. Will never use them and guy running place was not professional or knowledgeable.6,0 Okay

Staff was ok and the pick-up process was fast.Cons:
I was a little put off at the casual attitude when I mentioned the tire pressure was low and that I had to take time to go have air put in two of the tires. The car was also out of windshield washer fluid and being winter in Michigan, I couldn't see a thing until I went and washed the windshield every time I drove. It was a huge inconvenience while traveling but there wasn't even a "sorry about that" when I returned the car. I didn't expect a discount or special treatment but was just looking for a little more kindness in the customer service.7,6 Good
