I need road assistance. I called and it took 6 hrs for them to finally answer. Call the office and told me they could not help me. Very bad costumer service.

did not get offered the vehicle i reserved. and spent over a hour looking all over southern california on the phone with corporate but still get the van promised nothing!!!!!!!

I liked the rates they offered. The staff was friendly.This Hertz location was under staffed. I waited for an hour when I went to pick up my car which made me late for an appointment. Then had to wait for them to go to the gas station because the car was on empty. The outside of the car was clean. But the inside wasn’t cleaned very well...

Good Deal long processI enjoyed the overall friendliness of the staff however, the location is truly understaffed. The rental prices took over 3 hours from start to finish.After a 3 hour rental process which included being picked up. I got into the rental which was filthy. There were stains on all of the seats. I cleaned the steering wheel with a Clorox wipe and it was brown by the time I was done!

The vehicle was clean and had low mileage on it.What was reserved and pre paid for is not what we recieved. We specifically wanted a Van becuase we had luggage and people, not an SUV. When we areived to pick up the vehicle they didnt have a van and only option was an SUV or sedan. Travel was uncomfortable due to the lack of luggage space.

The price if I had actually picked up my rental.The pick up location was hard to find inside the Honda Dealer. After locating it I stood there for almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Then was told to have a seat. When they finally returned he asked for my card and ID. Then proceeded to swipe my card without telling me why. It went downhill from there. I was so frustrated with the poor communication and customer service. I left and called for a refund. The customer service agent I spoke to them was excellent. Resolved my complaint and I left. That was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I bought a new car the next day.

5 star serviceThe ladies were very friendly and courteous. Made me and my mom feel like v.i.p.'s. They always make sure that we get all our discounts and member points.Not open long enough or staffed enough on Saturdays, which is only day I can take the car back.

ups, downs, and overall satisfactionLiked the vehicle and the mileage. Always the price!Deposit amount fluctuated from $100 back to $200 without notice and tied up some monies we intended for our trip. We also had to modify our reservation to accommodate the unexpected change causing to pay more. But our overall satisfaction with hertz is always great.
