Cons:Dirty car, terrible service, very rude
Cons:I went to pick Up my car at the location selected, and they were no cars. They sent me to another location ever farer to pick up the car.

Pros:The didn’t have the car reserved. So instantly go a upgrade, the car was perfect for my drive to San Francisco. And looking back I don’t think I would of nearly enjoyed as much with the original car I picked. While doing the vehicle inspection I did not notice the car had a nail in the front passenger tire luckily it did not pop on my trip I noticed it took it to an enterprise unfortunately they did not have a car nearly as nice as the one I was driving so they preferred that I take it to a qualified tire repair shop and have them bill enterprise. They were very nice and didn’t bill me the entire day. And it took maybe 4 hours I had the car by 4 pm.
Cons:The car had 15% oil life and I noticed it probably halfway through California so completely pointless to stop and get an oil change I just drove it until it hit zero and luckily that was about 20 minutes outside of LA on the way back home. Not a big deal when you deal with as many cars as they do.

Cons:Having cars ready for people with reservations and sticking to scheduled pickup times. I had a reservation for 9am pickup and car wasn't ready until 10am.
Cons:I was given wrong information when I called the budget hotline or customer service line. I was told I can use a debit card because I am over 25 and didn't need a credit card. When I got there first of all they had no cars at all... this was before I knew I could not use my debit card. They said they had 2 cars left.... a pathfinder and jeep compass. The people next to me just rented the pathfinder and then was informed the compass was not even on the lot. The lady was super rude!!!!! I rented a small size car and asked her since there are none here can you call another rental place to see if they have any. Was told it is to close to closing time. The overall experience was AWFUL!!!!!!!! the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not leave with a car. I told the lady I have no problem getting a credit card..... again left without a car!!! It was overall a HORRIBLE experience..... I do not take this out on Budget in general but the place that is renting your cars..... needs to be checked out!!!!!

Cons:I reserved a full-size car at a local location. I called the location about an hour later to let them know I would be about and hour later than the reservation time to pick up the car. I was told they didn’t have any full-size cars available, only minivans and I shouldn’t use a third party service to book a car. They said I should always contact the branch first. Then I called the 800 number to help locate a car in the area to fulfill my reservation. The 800 number agent told me that the branch showed availability but she could not confirm that they had a car for me. I did not rent a car from Hertz.

Pros:The staff were great, very thorough. It’s by far one of the better rental locations I’ve come across.
Cons:The key remote didn’t work, had to insert key to unlock vehicle.
Pros:The rental car price was the best. The car nice and clean very good location for pick up and drop off. Will be renting again. Employee was one of the best, very knowable regarding question and answers.
