Pros:
I find that they are not nice at that location. The girl was rude.I told her the car was dirty and she told me it was cleaned. There was kids candy ,fingerprints, and overall dirty. With covid 19 it should have been cleaner. She told me it had a half tank of gas and it didn't. There are plenty of places to rent but never them. Will tell others not to use them. They need to clean out and get new staffCons:
Everything could have been better with covid-19 it was so dirty and I told her that and she said well we use a cleaning service I so we'll look at the fingerprint and look at all the dirt on their she didn't even acknowledge it if it wasn't that I need the car I wouldn't even picked it up I brought it home and clean it myself that is horrible customer service they should get rid of that staff and start over there not nice people to deal with10,0 Wonderful

The gentleman who helped us was PERFECT! He picked us up when the scheduled drive was late, he made sure our car could be dropped off at a more convenient location to us and he was incredibly patient and informative.Cons:
The Altima had just been detailed so the driver seat was still damp. The seat was uncomfortable. It was as if there was a metal hanger in the seat. If we were traveling a long distance I would have needed a new car. No one like a wire hanger!Hertz

Went to car location.. Pick up was noon - closed at noon ... 3 hours on the phone with corporate finally gave us a car... had to pay extra for airport fees... also, when dropping off car husband gave a ride home to a 60 year old man whom hertz wanted to walk 6 miles to his car repair shop. Horrible just horrible experience.. who treats people like this? Ohhhh hertz does6,0 Okay

When I first arrived, the rental location had no cars available and the attendant had to argue on the phone with someone to get them to drop off a car. While the car was being delivered I was told that my credit card is an unacceptable form of payment because they can't put a hold on it for liability reasons since it is "prepaid." Kayak accepted my credit card. I was charged by the insurance provider for the rental insurance. Insurance was purchased so I'm not clear what liability he was referring to. This stranded me at the agency. Luckily I got a ride home from agency car delivery person, but his attitude was sub-par because he had to go out of his way to help a customer who just got stranded 10 miles from home. I must say that this is the last time that I will ever use Kayak for anything. If they can't verify accepted payment types during the transaction then it's not a service that I'll ever use again. I don't think that inconvenient begins to explain how much this messed up my travel plans.Avis
