car was nice but i wasn't aware of the low amount of gas in vehicle and had to stop and put in gas which cost me $100.00 which i am only required to put in what was there when I picked it up which was 1/4 tank

I was charged a $300 deposit my bank locked my account because he changed the prices 2 times so they thought it was fraudulent. On top of it the man was not friendly at all had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. After I accepted the charges after my bank locked my account he told me I couldn’t use my bank card until 24 hours.

Bait and switch. Told Van was unavailable and under contract but could see it on the Lot. They did not have trucks available or a large capacity SUV either. Waste of time renting from them and driving.
