the car had safety issues. we chose a Jeep wrangler. While traveling on the interstate at high speeds the car began to shake vigorously, my husband almost lost control of the car the first time it happened. It happened several times while we had it, sometimes at high speeds and other times just driving through the city. The AC would also start blowing heat out of no where which wasn't comfortable when it is 90+ degrees outside.2,0 Poor

The brakes squealed and didn’t want to work the Winchell wipers didn’t work and it has to have a computer problem because on the screen of the car Radio kept popping up all kind of stuff wouldn’t go well and I think it has a computer problem because I even had a hard time accelerating every now and then and you think it was just a piece of junk my honest opinion I will not rent from them again10,0 Wonderful

The customer service, the fact that the "deal" I received was extremely misleading and I ended up having to pay extra for the car I had been lead I had actually reserved. The handling of my money was reckless, the assistant manager was supremely uninformed, and my attempts at reporting my dissatisfaction were wholly unproductive. They could have not put me through so much drama about having the vehicle that I requested. If you are not going to have the vehicle that a person request, you should let them know ahead of time not 3 hours before you get ready to come and pick up your. As a large company you should keep your word and if you can't you should make right the situation.Budget
