Waited way too long (well over a three quarters of an hour) at the counter for pick up. Surely Budget must have at least a rough idea of how many renters will be at the counter at any given time, and should staff accordingly? Car had a tire pressure issue. Roadside phone assistance was useless. Operator was clueless. Ended up having to drive 30 miles each way to exchange the car. No compensation for gas or my time whatsoever.9,6 Wonderful

Car condition at pickup could have been handled better. Passenger side had been sideswiped from front to back when I picked it up. This was not conveyed completely and correctly.
