Pros:Staff at Hertz was great. Pickup and drop off were easy.
Cons:The van wasn’t cleaned between me and the last renter. Old candy wrappers and receipts in the console. Steering wheel was even sticky at parts. Very risky to not clean between renters with covid going around
Cons:reserved car online,arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They would not give me a car. The girl ran a soft credit report, my credit score was a 680. So she called a manager. The manager said when they get low on cars they up the credit score. I was the last customer of the day, so those two cars sat there till Monday at least. Then I come home from vacation 4 days later and the money has been taken out of my account. I called and it is going to take 7 to 10 days to have the money returned So NO I am not happy. I had just rented a car from them 2 months earlier. returned it on time with a full tank of gas.NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Pros:Manager on duty at Richmond Airport.
Cons:Customer Service. Vehicle condition. Employee consideration of customer time restraints. Employee lack of professionalism.
Pros:At the turn in the guy was concern about the customer service
Cons:Take the time at the beginning of the rental to explain charges and deposits, explain about protection insured and deals or discounts rather than just rushing to issue the vehicle because the clerk just wants to go home
Pros:They were friendly.
Cons:Not enough employees for a Holiday Saturday morning. Too long if a wait time to turn in car.
