Cons:
When I arrived to the Clovis location, having paid all fees, including taxes. I was charged $22 more! Not a lot but they were late, the car was not ready or clean. Then the care was so uncomfortable we had to exchange it, in Sacramento. Then when we got to Spokane the brakes were going out. It was a complete nightmare. We ended up getting charged more for with several inconveniences. The people in Spokane were really nice, but lost on what the transaction was supposed to be.4,0 Mediocre

The staff person tried to really scare me about using the car insurance from my credit card. I know he was just trying to scare me into purchasing Enterprise insurance, which I do not need, but it only made me feel nervous the whole time. He also gave me misinformation about bridge tolls.2,0 Poor

The Cadillac was loaded with nice features like cooled seats, apple play, and Electric seat adjustments. The price was about $50 less then the nearest compact car competitor offer.Cons:

I got there and they wanted to charge me for the full amount plus deposit on my credit card and I didn't have room and they would not except my debit card without returning flight ticket stubs! I walked away and rented from AVIS and they were wonderful!! Will never try National Again!8,0 Very Good
