The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.Cons:

The vehicle we used was a jeep grand cherocke, we drove the car a little more than 1000 miles. So a car with better gas milage would havr been nice. But i think the jerp we used averaged apptoximately 21.5 mpg, so i cant complain too much.6,0 Okay

The staff did not notify me that they had no cars eventhough Kayak.com allowed me to book online. But, i was notified 2 hours before I was suppose to pickup the car to drive to my flight.Cons:
Kayak and Budget need to figure out the rental inventory before allowing customers to book. And the system should also allow ample time for the potential customer to resolve the inventory booking error.8,0 Very Good

I liked that despite the hassle and inconvenience, I was given a decent car and I had no problems with the vehicle itself. The staff was friendly.Cons:
Despite checking over all the details of my order before clicking submit- pickup time, location, type of vehicle, etc- I was super annoyed to be given a rental at a different, much less convenient location, and have an additional, unrequested hour tacked to my order- requesting the car be available at noon instead of 1 pm. So we went to Anaheim instead of Placentia, and arrived at 12:15 to discover that the office is closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch, although my order was clearly for noon. Now, I absolutely believe that these people deserve to eat lunch! I get that- but, since I'd ordered this car via Kayak, they wouldn't change the amount I was billed for the extra hour. Also, when ordering online, I was asked if I'd like to add the additional insurance for $9/per day, which for 7 days is $64. However, if you clicked on the insurance, it charges you $11/per day, or $77, which I think is also a bit sneaky. I felt like I was led to believe I was getting one thing (car X, at location X, at price X) only to discover after submitting my order that I'd been charged for car X, at location Y, and price Y.)Rent-4-Less
