Pros:
My daughter and I worked with Andrew at the BATAVIA NY office. We had a planned trip to New Hampshire and the day before we were to leave for Christmas holiday there I blew the head gasket on my jeep. Andrew was fantastic and getting us taken care of and on the road so that we could have a wonderful holiday. I would go back to this facility before I would go anywhere else. Checking out was great. The manager was very helpful and patient. The car was semi clean, aside from crumbs in the cracks of the steering wheel and ran great! Amazing gas mileage.Cons:
I called customer service because the location I was supposed to drop off the car at was closed. I was transferred four times to different people who I had to repeat my info to.
