We stayed in a pet friendly room and it worked well for us. Room was large and very functional with comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was very good with a number of hot and cold choices.
Love the location first time I came to Cary love my stay and had a wonderful visit
The location was central to what we needed - close to the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Cary, NC. Shopping and restaurants were close to the hotel.
Parking was tight with all of the construction in the immediate area. Construction crews staying at the hotel filled the lot with their trucks. The first night was in a room on the first floor - one floor down from the lobby and directly under the breakfast area. Room set up for breakfast started at 2:30am with scraping of chairs on the ceramic tile. The room was adequate but showing signs of age - such as peeling paint on the ceiling tile supports in the shower. The next night we requested a different room on the 2nd floor (same level as the lobby) but it had no lamp in the sitting area, the in-room coffee maker did not work and the alarm clock was unplugged. The front desk crew was very accommodating to resolve these problems but the problems indicate that the facility is in need of a refurbishment.
Location was great, close to Walmart for any forgotten items.Staff was so friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and spacious
Normally come to Cary every year or two and stay for 4/5 days. Used to stay in a competing chain around Harrison Ave and for roughly the same rate, this hotel is way better, in every sense. Cleaner, newer, overall better. Very pleased with my stay and no complaints whatsoever.
The only point that could be improved is that I stayed on the ground floor in front of a door constantly used by staff. The door slams every time and would wake you up early morning. Maybe of the mechanism is adjusted a little bit the problem is solved.
