Cons. Hotel looks old and worn... needs a facelift
Cons. Mildew smell everywhere. Old rooms
Pros. Breakfast amazing . Comfortable Bed. Staff was Amazing and Friendly especially Hannah
Cons. Shampoo and more toilet paper
Pros. Room was clean and comfortable. Has perfect coffee/teamaker.
Pros. Great staff, great breakfast, comfort level was great
Pros. This was a very good, clean and appealing motel. We are from Ca. And had trouble locating it. It is back off the highway and at night NC does not have street lights and no large signs to let you see it from highway.
Cons. Someone needs to do a better job with the breakfast. Bacon barely cooked! Sausage not cooked the 2nd day. Ran out of eggs. Large group of basketball women were there so maybe motel was unprepared for so many people.
Pros. Room very clean. Continental breakfast good with a wide variety. Staff friendly
Cons. Breakfast could be upgraded
Pros. The staff was nice. Our room was clean. Parking was convenient to our room and I liked the breakfast.
Cons. I booked the hotel as something fun for my sons birthday with the intent on getting good use of the pool and hot tub. The pool was cold and too small to enjoy with just 7 kids in the pool. The hot tub was even smaller and couldn't enjoy it because it was full with 4 kids and another adult. The pool room was obviously out of sight / out of mind as the room needed tidying up and a restock of towels. All the chairs for adults/non-swimmers were soaked because they are 2 feet away from pool (too close). I clearly indicated on the website that I was booking the room for 1 adult and 3 small kids. I chose the king bed room because it was the best value and seemed like it would have met our sleeping requirements (3 kids on the king and the adult on the pull out). The king bed was great for the kids but the pull out sofa needs to be thrown out! Nothing positive can be said about the pull out bed. The mattress was so bad, I actually got poaked from a spring that stuck through it. The frame was so uncomfortable/unbearable I actually chose to sleep on the floor and was much more comfortable sleep. I'm sure for the average traveler the hotel was fine but for my intentions and experience it wasn't worth the discounted rate of 79.99. I'm confident I could of had a better experience at another hotel at that price.
Pros. Bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast bar was well supplied.
Cons. House cleaning did not clean room on 2nd day.
