I called for a shuttle from the airport but it was not offered so I called back to let them know that my flight arrived very early ! To my great delight, the concierge said, yes, your room is ready as you requested ! I did request early check in but 10:30 AM? Amazing

Pros: Location. Friendly staff.
Cons: Needed good cleaning
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Pleasantly
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good price. Very clean and pretty property with a short walking trail. They have a good breakfast buffet (pastries, waffles, fruit, some hot dishes, coffee, tea, juice). Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The sink was in an awkward location outside the bathroom. The light switch for the bathroom was outside with the sink, which was in the entryway. So if you turned off that light, the person in the shower would be in the dark (no switch in the bathroom to turn back on-have to come out of the bathroom to switch the light back on). If we stay here again would see if there are rooms with different set-up. The eggs (pre-made omelets in a chafing dish) included in the breakfast buffet looked good, but tasted awful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed and close to subaru dealer I flew in for
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I did not like breakfast. The location is very small. the room is not comfortable
2,0 Mediocre

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and very convenient. Although we did not use it the outside patio and pool area was very good for a family event.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I really like the outside area ! Very nice to have a drink or chill at the swimming pool. The property is located in the wood so you have some shade. Very appreciable for hot summer days.
Cons: Breakfast was basic.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super friendly and the property is beautiful. I’ve stayed here twice and both times I’ve never had any problems with noise and my stays have been very pleasant. The breakfast selections are decent (standard hot breakfast choices like eggs, sausage, and grits, as well as a waffle maker and pastry options). The location is wonderful and close to a lot of really great restaurants.
Cons: On our second night, our hot water wasn’t working (it apparently was out for the entire building). They had someone out working on it first thing in the morning, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Also, the duvet covers are kind of scratchy and uncomfortable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I really loved how clean everything was and how nice the staff was to me. The bed was also very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was more compact than i was expecting.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The location was great. It was near shopping but was isolated. The pool and gas grills were great especially after eating out too many times. It was exceedingly clean!
Cons: There were no problems. We will definitely stay again
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. I had left my garment bag from the previous week and was surprised that it was waiting for me in my room's closet this week. Great Happy Hour Social during the week with complementary food and Wine/Beers.

Cons: I called the morning of check-in to see if an early check-in would be possible. They said I could come between 1-1:30p. So I got there at 1 and they told me that early check-in wasn't possible. It was frustrating because they didn't even seem apologet
9,2 Excellent
Cons: We were there three nights and our room was never totally serviced.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: I was disappointed that the air conditioner sounded like a jet when it kicked on and was noisy the whole time it was running. reported to front desk after first night stay, I was glad to leave after the 3rd night to get some sleep. Bath room did not have enough towels for 4 people and the shower walls were not clean as you could see signs of mold starting to form between the tiles in the shower.

7,5 Good
Pros: The room itself was of good size- (suite) and the dual bathrooms was a definite plus!-
Cons: However, I wish the eating area (breakfast/dinner etc) was not right at the entrance to the Hotel- the Lobby seemed to serve also as the eating area- and a waiting area. The Suite room had a problem with the AC, the sitting area stayed nice and cool, however the sleeping AC unit did not work as well- made a note to the staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice area and very quiet!
Cons: Need better pillows, they were too flat in my opinion but everything else was great!

Pros: THE POOL - it was nice and warm and wasn't used much at least during our stay (4 days). The whirlpool was also very nice. The room was a great size and the double queen beds were comfortable!
Cons: The restaurant left a lot to be desired. It wasn't really sectioned off, so people would come sit and talk on their phones without ordering anything. Our meal was good, but not special. They add 20% tip (2 people) even though it isn't room service.

Pros: The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom was great. Location of the hotel was very close to decent shopping and food.
Cons: I asked for a king size bed, but was told I could not get one due to the extended length of my stay. I thought that was crazy. I also didn't try the breakfast because it was an extra $10. When you pay that much for a room, I think breakfast should be included. Also had trouble with my room key cards not working several times. Renovations were in process and I was woken up a few mornings at 4:30-5:00 to the banging of the trailers outside. Would have appreciated a later start to the day.

Cons: Our room was supposed to be a non pet room but it clearly smelled like smelly animals and pet urine. We were offered a spray bottle to do our own cleaning?? (Thanks, but it like 1:00 am who feels like scrubbing a room)Additionally we were offered a different room. We got off the elevator to our new floor and were smacked in the face by cigarette smoke. Come to find out the aroma was super intense and coming from the new room we were assigned. ( non-smoking faculty) “I guess they can get away with anything on the 5th floor”. Back to the original room we go...

Pros: Good location
Cons: Advertised as pet friendly but at check in told only a few rooms were, we could not get the room we wanted - there were a lot of pets allowed. Our room was on the bottom floor but they had the 2 doors leading to the outside blocked open with a note on one door saying to keep it open, but there was nothing from keeping anyone from walking in anytime on night or day, we were told the overnight crew closes the door but it never was, checked at 2:30am and it was open, this produced a musty smell mixed with the odor of chlorine from the pool. We were there 3 days and the room got cleaned once only after complaining 4 times, there was always a reason why, first time was the Do Not Disturb sign was up when they came to clean at 8:30am, we took the sign off at 9:00am. Our first night there were 2 large centipedes found in our room. The bathroom rust and mold building up. The front desk people had no sense of urgency and did not seem to care about our issues. The best I can say is the maintenance man, William, did come and repair the toilet because it kept running, although it was over 8 hours after I reported it. We tried to find another hotel but nothing was available. I will never use this chain again and will never recommend it.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, good towels, great breakfast.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Bed was good and seemed clean. Bar in room was convenient. Room size was very nice. Maintenance man was timely, gracious, and thorough as we needed him immediately after we got into our room as the toilet and lamps were not working.
Cons: Lamps were almost broken. Furniture needs replacing. Bathroom mirror looked moldy. Toilet is very low like elementary height. Paper goods such as toilet paper was flimsy. There is only one handicap room in the hotel. This is not the same level of quality as Holiday Inn.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Hotel was hard to locate. It is not visible from the main road. The sign pointing to the hotel needs to be larger and higher so people can see it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to shopping.
Cons: We were out of our rooms by noon our first full day in NC and our rooms did not get cleaned. We had the sign turned to show that we wanted the room made up. There was no sign outside my daughter’s room. Neither room was cleaned that day.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: They get A+ on overall cleanliness, not just rooms but halls, outside area etc. Staff is great. Allowed us to check in hours early. Mattresses and pillows excellent.
Cons: Breakfast area is too small for the hotel when it is booked. Coffee was barely warm, scrambled eggs were room temp...we did not finish eating there we just went to McDonalds. The last day breakfast was fine.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean overall, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Covered the bases to make it a good experience.
Cons: The bathroom could use some attention. The shower head had hard water stains all over it, and the water handle came right off in my hand when I tried to turn the water on. The breakfast was a little lackluster, but hard to complain when it's free.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness was A+. Everything except the phone worked...I fixed the phone. Check-in/check-out very smooth. Excellent internet. Mattresses and pillows very good.
Cons: Breakfast was not great. Coffee warm not hot. Scrambled eggs at room temp on day 1. On Day 2 it was too crowded...breakfast room way small when fully booked. Day 3 was ok...omelets pretty warm, bacon ok, potatoes ok. Digital Clock in room is incomprehensible...kept beeping so I just unplugged it.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, standard hotel fare. Staff was friendly, although usually busy (had to wait each time I went to the front desk). Room was clean. Larger than usual refrigerator in room, which I was not expecting. Pleasant surprise! Hot cocoa in the lobby when I arrived (also coffee and tea). Bed was very comfortable with more pillows than anyone could ever use.
Cons: Hallways had musty odor, although my room did not. The things I didn't like were not the fault of the hotel, per se. The room next to me had a small dog who started barking at 3:45 AM and didn't stop until 4:30 AM. (I love dogs, but this was very annoying.) By the time the barking stopped, the room on the other side decided to turn up the TV very loud (probably to mask the yipping). I was in town to run a 5K in the morning, and I had only 5 hours sleep.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the space and convenience of the place. To have your own kitchen with all the supplies in the USA felt great. We cooked and had our breakfast in the room after “grabbing” some oatmeal’s and muffins from the reception area. It’s “grab and go” breakfast. I liked that the hotel honesty informed us about breakfast options, so we knew what to expect and were pleased with that. The property is maintained clean and tidy, extra towels and toiletries were readily available upon request at reception. The room was spacious and well arranged. Nice arrangement of furniture and comfortable bed. The staff was nice too.
Cons: Have enough 25 cents and your own washing powder/get in case you want to do your laundry. It would be great if hotel could provide some items available to buy, otherwise if you don’t have a car or enough 25 cents then you will have to go without your laundry. Was helpful that the nearby gas station could split your bills into coins for that. It would help to have an in room safe to leave any valuables inside. Room cleaning is only available for after 7 days of stay, otherwise comes at a fee, but we didn’t suffer from that, yet for longer stay visitors with families and cooking, it would help to have room cleanup at least every 3/4 days.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location and excellent rooms!
Cons: Very limited parking.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing was liked about stay accept for the location.
Cons: I am Highly upset about the cleanliness of this hotel. The basic needs for cleaning a room was not met (I have picture to prove which I also showed hotel staff). 1st room had something that appear to be a dead bug on wall been there for some time, hair in both beds, pillow marks on 1 of the beds (def obvious to the eye of staff that made up room, so can tell they didn’t care) bug crawling in bed, and hair in fridge. Moved to second room dead roach found in middle of floor, food marks/grease marks found on frig, behind n side wall of stove, above & in corner by desk area and opposite side Wall across from it. Had to clean room myself because didn’t want to keep asking to switch rooms. Most stains couldn’t be removed, could tell they had been there for an extremely long time. I also bumped into another guess 2nd night same problem had to ask to be moved to another room.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location, although it wasn't easy to find. GPS took me 1 mile away to make a U-Turn to come back to where I had originally entered the area. I could see it from the road, had to drive about 2 miles to get there.
Cons: The hallway smelled. Lights in the room were all unplugged. The TV base was broken, and wobbled. Broken table leg. No towels. Window was open behind curtain where I couldn't see it & Room never cooled. Found objects under fitted sheet. Less Than Satisfied

Pros: It's a block from wake med cary.
Cons: I didnt think Cary NC had a ghetto, but we managed to find it. Room is big, beds are small. Bathroom was apparently an afterthought. The old blood stains on the sheets were a nice touch. The only reason im leaving 1 star is the proximity to Cary Wake Med. Showers without doors are supposed to have a shower curtain? I went to the desk to inquire and they tried to hand me a shower curtain. Wtaf. If you need a hooker, she stands right at the front door. The smell of everyone cooking is enough to make one nauseous, but the dogs barking and fighting inside the hotel made up for it. (Please apply sarcasm where applicable) only 1 electrical.outlet in the whole room. In an age of everything needs to be charged, this is not the place. Microwave and drawers filthy. Breakfast? HA, see photo, it was empty, and we were told we should have been down earlier. Just. DON'T.
