Cons (-) Due to COVID there was no breakfast. I think the hotel could rethink offering prepackaged breakfast options to take back to your room.

Pros (+) The front desk staff was very kind and understanding of our situation. After checking in late in the evening, we found that the dispensing machines were completely out of bottled water. We informed the person at the front desk and she was kind enough to offer us some bottled water from her VIP stash. We're very impressed with La Quinta and will probably stay with them again.

Cons (-) Didn't like 3rd party booking; am 74 yrs old forgot I had Dr's appointment I'm was in mi. For first day ; had to pay so far no response that I will be reimbursed ;keeping fingers crossed
